DO NOT PATRONIZE RITE AID. Google really needs a way to provide negative rankings, because Rite Aid deserves a negative number. Rite Aid makes its money by extorting the poor, elderly and uninsured. A very old (almost ancient) medication that costs $0.30 at Walmart costs more than $9 a pill at Rite Aid. And how does Rite Aid justify selling a pill for THIRTY TIMES MORE than their competitors? “That’s what the computer says, so there’s nothing I can do.” If Rite Aid employees are so stupid and lazy that they cannot think or reason their way out of a paper bag, then step aside and let people who can think and who have empathy do those jobs. And their Wellness program — wtf is wrong with people who use Rite Aid’s Wellness card?? Rite Aid’s prices are 100-200% HIGHER than their competitors, so “saving” 10% is still paying at least 45% more than anywhere else! I will make it my mission in life to steer people away from such a morally corrupt and greedy company like Rite Aid. Go somewhere — anywhere — else for your pharmacy and drug store needs.

Ive gone to Rite Aid for years, but this is my first year for my insurance to change. I called in Thursday with the new insurance information and the man I spoke to told me not to worry about anything he had it all updated. Well today I go to pick up my meds and its not in the system so I was told I could pay cash and come back within seven days to get reimbursed or I could come back another time because their technician is out to lunch....it was 2:30pm. I have to take these meds to prevent myself from having another surgery. Its actually serious that I take them consistently and they dont care. Gosh, this place gets worse and worse as the years go by. The only non lazy individual that works there is named Megan. That girl tries to remember names and faces and tries to make their patient/customers actually feel valued.

Ive been such a long time customer with them and will never go back after today. I placed my perception in and was told it would be ready in 20 min I said my mom would be picking up my prescription, they said that was fine. So my mom drove 30 min out of her way and was told she had to wait 30 min since the pharmacists was on lunch. I was just there they could of told me that! What a joke i called and the lady I spoke with was an idiot couldnt care less. I will never go back

The gentleman (I use this term loosely) that raised his voice to me and took out his frustrations of his boss on me was AWEFUL! His customer service skills were WAY out of line and even the cashier apologized for him and said he had no right to treat me and my young daughter the way he did. He gave me the pamphlet to fill out for a complaint and told me to call rite aid main customer service and complain. And I will after the weekend when they open back up. BEWARE!!!

I have shops at Rite Aid minion times there in Kiezer.The staff are pretty knowledgeable and helpful always been polite the place is always clean the pharmacy always a delight sometimes I get delayed but thats what happens in life but they always have my prescriptions ready for me and theyre always kind to me highly recommend this place to anybody needs a pharmacy or a nice place to shop

Great pharmacy, friendly and always has plenty of make up. I think people appreciate the new surrounding edges of store, dollar section. Convenient that they carry milk. Did great with the snow. Located nicely off i5 in Keizer. I plan to keep being a regular. Too bad a few items in the store are not a bit cheaper.. but still worth my while. Open around holidays!

Honestly everytime I walk in there it has an overwhelming odor of mothballs and a dank smelling grandmas house for reals, they need to freshen up the air desperately also the wait times in line for the pharmacy are atrocious at times. Bad smell + slow pharmacy +high prices = 1☆
