Something has changed for the worse with this pharmacy. Along with a move to a new location there has been alot of pressure from what appears to be a call center. I suspect that it has been bought by a larger business interest that is looking to increase its profit. Ive had my prescription filled here for over 9 years with no problems. Recently I have began to receive annoying calls from a person first asking permission to contact my doctor to discuss my prescription under the guise of improving the quality of the product. Latter the same women called again questioning me as to how often and how and how much I use saying that I dont refill as often as they would expect. I could hear alot of persons in the background all talking. It sounded like a call center. The person who called insisted that she is part of my healthcare team. I corrected her saying that she is not part of my health care team and that the pharmacy fills and sells a product based on what my doctor prescribed. I told her also that how he prescribes and how well I follow his directions is between him and I and that her true purpose is clearly for marketing purposes. Also I said that if she continued to bother me I would look elsewhere for my prescription. She insisted that she has a right to ask these personal questions and that she wont fill a prescription unless she is involved in my healthcare. As she became argumentive and wouldnt stop insisting on getting involved in my personal healthcare I hung up the phone. I am calling the Oregon State Atorney Generals Office tomorrow to complain.

The staff was rude and unprofessional. When I called in to check the status of my prescription, the girl who answered phone was loud and obnoxious, the backgroud noise ( couple of people laughing and talking) was so laud, I have to move my phone reciever away from my ear. Then the girl was complaining she cant hear me, so I have to basically yell out my personal information to her so she can hear me. She then put me on hold. Came back 5 minutes later, want me to repeat the information again because she forgot it, sooo I have to yell out every letter of my name, bithday and all that again to her, and she put me on hold again. only again 5 minutes later, she came back say she couldnt find my prescription, and I found out she got my name wrong. When I asked to speak with somebody else, she laughed and say ok and then put me on hold again. No body ever come back and answered the phone and then i got cut off. This happened on May 3rd, 2012 around 11:40ish.

I went there to pick up a compound ordered by my vet for my cat. Unfortunately I had to leave town emergently for business and was unable to pick the prescription in a timely manner. When I finally got there, the tech was very helpful about letting me know the status of it. The pharmacist, Natalie, was not. She was rude, unprofessional, and had a severe attitude right from the beginning. I even calmly told her that I didnt think her attitude was warranted. I will never go back because of the treatment I received from them. Rude with an attitude for no reason? I love supporting local businesses- WHEN THEY DESERVE IT.

I have had very good dealings with Pacific Compounds Pharmacy for quite awhile---the staff is knowledgeable and helpful. I had not heard of bio-identical hormones until about a dozen years ago. At that time I visited the pharmacy and was helped in getting off Premarin and on to the hormones I needed---compounded specifically for me alone. I had suffered with migraines since my teens----but when my "estrogen dominance" was addressed, this regimen has helped me be so much better. I am convinced that Bio-identicals are the way to go, and this has been a great pharmacy to work with me.

When asked what flavoring I wanted for my troche, a pill placed under the tongue to dissolve slowly, I said orange. What I didnt know was that they use natural orange oil from the rind, the same thing used in your natural orange degreaser under the kitchen sink. My mouth was a mass of blisters after the first dose, yet there is no way to get my $53 back or have the prescription made up again because there was nothing "wrong" with the prescription. I was promised 20% off on the next prescription I have filled. I doubt I will go back as I have an extreme lack of trust at this point.

The staff here are on it! I had to get a prescription transferred to another state and my local pharmacy was dragging their feet on requesting my prescription from Pacific so I called Pacific back and they offered to make the call to get my prescriptions transferred. They are very prompt and will go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of. Remarkable!!! Wish I could stay with them but not in Oregon so its not an option for me but dont hesitate to use this business...great service!

My wife and I have been dealing with Pacific Compounds for over a year. We have always gotten the best service from their friendly staff. Our Chiropractor believes the supplements carried by PCP are higher quality than found in a lot of stores. I like the professional service I get at PCP.

Poorly ran pharmacy! Staff is apparently deaf or brain dead. Their discounted prices are not worth the money it will ultimately cost you for their ineptness and mistakes. They need to restaff and pay attention to customer needs. Do yourself a favor and stay away.
