The customer service is not stellar at this location, however the store is beautiful and very large lots of ample room to walk through. **all the inventory is organized deliciously and thoughtfully. Everything about this store speaks quality!, however the customer service, the people that work here, are not relevant. They need massive improvement if they are to qualify in one of the top tear stores, in which Im sure this could be one... but with the employees that constantly lack enthusiasm for their work here is only a clear indication that new management is in order. A new regime needs to be a-pointed at this location, I hope corporate understands what Im trying to say, change the people / management and it will thrive once again!!

Poor customer service. I had been their regular subscriber since past one year or so. A month back I changed to delivery mode to get my medicines delivered. There is a new lady (probably a pharmacist) who seemed to have joined recently. I had tough time with her making her trying to deliver my medicines at the right time. She failed to co-ordinate the whole stuff and when I went to pick it up myself she started shouting on me for missing the delivery. I was extremely frustrated at the whole episode. I immediately called a different pharmacy and changed my monthly prescriptions to them.

The old long haired guy that works here in the mornings is terrible. I came in before my workout next door to get something and he was eyeing me like I was scum. Possibly because I was dressed for the gym, but I wasnt hanging huevos in Lycra or something like that. When my Android Pay didnt work, he huffed and rolled his eyes. Im a former military officer and do very well, I cant imagine how he treats other people. I put this up there with when people assumed I was the gardener. Nothing is right with this Rite Aid and Mr crypt keeper needs to mellow out.

The pharmacy is very difficult. I had a prescription from my doctor for sleeping pills that they made me wait two weeks for and then still wouldnt fill it because the insurance company wouldnt pay. I said Id pay them cash. They still wouldnt fill it...they just dont want business. Dont bother going there.

Im not sure why the store is open 24 hours but the actual pharmacy isnt. Whats even better is that they dont even open until 10am, absolutely ridiculous!
