This pharmacy is terribly understaffed and they are severely lacking in customer service. I called a refill in last Tuesday and spoke with a Pharmacy staff member because I knew it was too early and they needed to contact my physician for an early refill. They said it would be ready Wed by 5 p.m. Come Thursday afternoon, after waiting 30 minutes, they told me they would not have the medicine in stock until Monday after 5 p.m. Then today (Monday), I waited 20 minutes in line only to be told that it was too early for a refill and my insurance wouldnt pay for it. When I explained the situation, they became frustrated and said it was my problem because my doctor should have called in another prescription. This is almost a full week later after checking on the issue in the first place, so I told them to just fill it and I would handle being reimbursed. Then the staff told me to go to the back of the line so they could deal with the two customers behind and I had to wait another 20 minutes. This was only my 2nd time using them and as a new customer, I am going back to Safeway. The wait times are ridiculous and they could strongly use some customer service skills.

The pharmacy staff may be trying to "do their jobs", or are "stressed" or whatever their excuse may be at that time. However each time I go to pick up my husbands meds I dont think Ive ever gotten not even one smile. Horribly understaffed and such long wait times. Also seems like the staff that are employed there have some sort of high horse they sit on. Its disgusting customer service to me ever since theyve moved locations, I dread going in every time now. Something I dont believe I should have to go through monthly just to get my husbands medicines. ESPECIALLY SINCE I AM A PAYING CUSTOMER!!!

Its almost like they will only hire you here if you have a horrible attitude. Seriously, why is everyone here so rude and bitter? Theres only ever been a few good employees in all the years Ive shopped at Rite-Aid. And their pharmacy, ugh...the employees are always so rude and seem irritated to be bothered, and the drive-thru is no better. Last time me and my husband picked up a prescription, we sat in the drive-thru for at least 10 minutes before someone came to the window.

Each time I go, I get an attitude from the pharmacy employees, and have heard complaints from others Over the phone they are just as bad. No matter which I talk to they lack customer service. Im not there for shopping, I need meds, so obviously I am Ill or suffering from something, would it pain them to fake a smile or good morning? Or have a nice day? To much to ask I guess Time to go elsewhere. Im done

This pharmacy is a joke. I sat in the drive up for 10 minutes behind someone and finally decided to go inside. I found 4 people in line and no one helping anyone. I saw 5 people behind the counter, filling prescriptions I would assume and I heard a call for help twice. I left in frustration. I called the next day on the phone and they put me on hold for 10 minutes, I am done doing business with Rite Aid.

So you had people that have allergies. Thats me. So My dad was able to pick up a prescription for my allergies. But we had to wait 10 mins. to pick it up. So impatient we went inside. But the line was so huge we had to wait (again) and we wait some more. We got so fed up that we went to Walgreens instead. And yes there were people behind the counter.

I love the pharmacy employees they have always gone above and beyond to help me with my son medication and insurance stuff I dont know what I would do without them thank you. And the cashiers have always been so patient helping me catch my son as he runs around lol thank you

This Rite Aid pharmacy is great. They may be a little slow, but thats the extra effort they put into what they do. I had one find a discrepancy in a prescription my daughter was given(dosage). I highly recommend Rite Aid pharmacy.

Cant express how inane and frustrating dealing with them is. I had a child who got oral surgery and we had to wait HOURS to get a script filled while she was in immense pain. Dont go here, seriously.
