I let them know I was allergic to the excipients of a medication that changed manufacterers after 3 years on it, and did my research and made sure they filled it with a new manufacturer and even called and made them read me the new ingredients. When my helper got it home to me, it was from the old manufacturer with ingredients that put my life in jeopardy. I made several calls and did everything I could to fix this, and they let me know they dont care if I die from there med errors, of which this is the second which seemed intentional and I went through extra steps to confirm and was still done wrong. These pharmacists do not care if they cause death through negligence.

Filled multiple prescriptions here and EVERY SINGLE TIME I go in they act as though Ive never been there before, and need me to give them my address, my phone number, doctor, etc. Every time they promise this time they will for real save the info. The technicians stand around in back having personal conversations while customers wait. Despite getting refil of meds Ive had before still needs a consult by pharmacist to release - more pointless and needless waiting. Rude and dismissive. Are they really that much cheaper than Freds or Safeway etc? Honestly not sure why I would go back again if not...
