Wasnt going to leave a review like this until I decided to speak to a manager, who did the infamous" yeah, I understand, uh, huh, yep, for sure, attitude" I purchased an "extended warranty" for a product, and was wanting to find out if I had bought another warranty for a different product. They do not first of all, keep track of warranties. NOR do they TELL YOU when you purchase a warranty, that you actually need to register it elsewhere, or youre SOL. I was told in store tonight that it was "my responsibility to register at their third party site". I was NEVER notified with the last 10 years that I needed to do that when checking out for ANY extended warranty. I guess I was more upset about the treatment I received when coming to the electronics department, and the fact that Im glad that I checked into this. I loose since i didnt register, but on the other hand, I passed on some VERY VALUABLE information in this review. :-)

terrible customer service..if I could give this walmart negative stars I would..Tony the customer service manager is the worst most unhelpful person Ive ever come in contact with at a walmart. tonight was the second encounter Ive had with this person and I will be calling corporate to complain. he is an extremely rude individual that makes you feel like you are the last person in the world that he wants to talk to or even look at..I came into put money on a card and gave him a stack of $20s and he seemed more than put out that he had to count it and do the transaction. I will be cancelling my card through walmart and not shopping at this location again

I absolutely hate Walmart. Its like they are incompetent employees there and there procedures on how to deal with credit cards or absolutely ridiculous its like they are still in our own money. I was in the middle of a transaction ran my credit card read at the signature page I decided I did not want an item I ask if they can cancel the transaction because the transaction has not fully went through they told me that they couldnt so I was stuck with a product that I didnt want because I didnt want to wait in the ridiculous customer service line that was like 3 blocks long full of people and plus Walmart or just simply assholes

The pharmacy is awful. I always end up having to go back and forth between the drop off counter and the pick up because the people who work the drop off counter are extremely apathetic. I had to wait 12 minutes behind a customer because she kept chatting with the person who worked at pick up. Cut personal conversations short when youre at work. Also, if youre going to have 20 minute personal conversations with people, the LEAST you can do is send my prescription through so I can go about my own day instead of wasting 45 minutes of my time because YOURE too lazy to get your job done.

Employees lack knowledge about their products. When needing to find something, good luck, your on your own. There is a rarity when you find a knowledgeable associate but it is possible. Usually in the electronic section but they cant be everywhere at once unfortunately. Also lost stars here for the dumb bins near the checkout isles for impulse sales. We arent cattle and shouldnt dig through items just because its more convenient for the staff to file product on top of other product, thus not properly rotated for freshness. Same story at every Walmart.

Lost job. Lost home. Have unemployment to claim in Wa.state. But have been trying to access that money for almost 2 months now to no avail. Have been living out of my pickup truck.Homeless. Have been coming into Walmart at Delta Oaks at night to sleep in my truck till I can find a job and work my way out of where I find myself now. Just like to say-- THANK YOU WALMART ! just one miss pleasant experience at Americas cest pool of rejects. I Asked customer service to hold my cart full of items while i ran home for money. She said sure no problem. I told her Id be back no more than an hour. Came back to no cart. Manager had it put away. Sure it was my bad i forgot the money, but dont lead me to believe one thing and do another. Their pathetic savings arent worth dealing with the zombies walmart hires as employees. I would love to see Wal-Marts close their doors for good. F**king idiots!

The employees almost always suck here and wont help if they have to go out of their way to get it done but the store itself always has what I need and at a reasonable prize. The pharmacy however is awesome. They always have what you need ready on time and the staff working the front desk have been extremely kind to me every time I come in. Ive only had one bad experience but it was with a guy in the back but the lady at the front desk was super helpful even when he was not and sorted it out for me.

Everything is disorganized and they hardly have any stock of what other Walmarts have across town. Not to mention any time you walk in you are immediately treated as a thief since its REQUIRED to have your receipt checked on the way out! I literally bought one thing - a curtain rod - and required no bags. But apparently that gives them the right to strip search me. Do NOT go here if you dont want to be strip searched

I have had trouble at the customer service department receiving money using Walmarts money service. I get a hassle every time because they want to give my $900 in twenties, thats bs and EVERY TIME its like this and I ask specificly for one hundreds, so I have to wait on a customer service manager that usually gives my a head ach too. I have addressed my complaints with the store manager as well.

The customer service here is awful! It sounded like they were just a bunch of kids, laughing on the phone and talking while she was supposivley "helping me." I was on hold for almost 10 minuetes listeneing to them do nothing. Im furious, its like the place is ran by monkeys. Be sure you never make a mistake, caaause customer service desk is a freak show

When it comes to a "Super-Center" they dont exactly have very many options for food which limits the community to what they can purchase and sends them other places such as Market of Choice which is more spendy to some that dont have much to spend. Their clothing is OK sometimes you can score a great deal on work boots for men.

Was not over crowded in the middle of the day. The temperature was too warm so I had to walk over to the pharmacy to sit down and rest for a while, I accidentally purchased a tee shirt with a pocket. I bought two without pockets and accidentally bought the one with a pocket. I am not sure if I will be able to take it back.
