Good place to shop for someone like me who doesnt drive. I hate the local public transportation and having to waste several hours of my time just for a handful of non-food items from Wal-Mart. So, although a bit pricier, Bimart is great due to my proximity and the stock they carry. I just wish they carried a little bit more of frozen or refrigerated foods. Also, they often have pretty good deals. Make sure to check all their ads. The store seems clean and most of the employees are friendly. Only once have I had a very impersonal cashier who seemed like it was a hassle for her to ring me up. Apparently her shift was ending when I came to her line with a cart full of stuff. There was no indication that she closed or was closing her lane (its possible in my advanced age and brainlessness to have missed something but she never said anything) so I had no idea until after the transaction was over when she hastily grabbed her till and walked away. No "thank you, come again" or anything. Extremely terrible customer service skills. Five stars if it wasnt for her.

This store is close to my house and thats one of the only reasons I go there. The prices arent that much cheaper for most items, if at all, but they do have some things that I like to get there. The pharmacy did pull a fast one on me, though. I needed insulin for my dog, and their regular cost for a 10ml vial is about $139. The last time I went, they told me that the price dropped dramatically because they re-negotiated their pharmacy contract and they charged me $49.50. When I got home, I realized that the vial was only 3ml, and not the 10ml that I usually get. This actually increased the cost from $13.90/ml to $16.50/ml. Nice try, folks. I will be getting the insulin somewhere else from now on. Shame on you!

We typically stop here looking for one thing and end up purchasing many other things. Most prices are spot on with other businesses, some are higher, and then there are the deals. For example we went in there to purchase some Kurieg cups that were on sale and saw some nice looking room heaters that we could use in our rooms upstairs. $49 each. Ok, it seemed a good deal and we purchased them to keep upstairs warmer for the kids. Now we headed to Wilco in McMinnville. Same heater - on sale there - $129. Yeah. Lucky number Tuesdays are always fun. and seeing some of the people working there always brings a smile to my face. Some have been a there a long time and know us, and others are new. Friendly and helpful.

Called ahead of time for a speciFic item, told they had it by the gal that worked in that department, but even close. When we asked her for help she pointed in a general direction and walked away. Had to get help from another worker whip was kind and helpful who got her to show us that she was obviously not familiar with reading or listening. Kind of a big bummer!

Bi-Mart is great because of their prices and selections. Some say they are no good because they didnt have what they wanted but if youre going a store that doesnt sell what you want then your in the wrong store. You need to know what they stock which is a lot. I love Bi-Mart. Just got a battery for my car cheaper than anywhere else with a 3 year garentee!

Bimart itself is good but the pharmacy staff are rude and unsympathetic. I was rudely told that my issues werent serious in her opinion and to go away when Im facing extreme ones and perscribed by a doctor to go there for medication. I refuse to ever use their pharmacy again and get my medication from people who understand me in Salem.

Bi-mart having a membership is absurd. If I want a great membership store Ill go to Costco - good prices with great quality. If I want good but inexpensive groceries Ill go to WinCo. If I need a prescription Ill go to Walgreens. There is nothing special that Bi-Mart offers that would make me ever get a membership.

Usually 5☆ place to shop ~ today, not so much. Membership card check-in person not familiar with location of items in store. Person at cash register told me coupon had expired ~ when I had bright pink rain check form lying on items. Renuzit air freshener on sale (per sign) for .88 ~ register rang up .99.

I cant say enough good things about Bi Mart and all the people that work there. It is one of the cleanest places to shop and they never seem to run out of anything . Great customer service great prices and if they dont have it they will order it for you.

The general store is fine but the pharmacy is horrible. I have never had a positive experience with these people, they always seem to be impatient and rude. Its obvious they hate their jobs and you can see it through their customer service.

Bi-Mart is our go to store when it comes to things like bird seed, kitty litter and all those little knick knacks you unexpectedly need. Weve always been well treated by the people here and like the atmosphere of the place.

Membership is $5 for a lifetime, the staff here are always gratious and helpful. As far as prices, not always the least expensive but not outrageous and it saves me driving into Salem. Great for everyday stuff!

My neighbor told me, during the first month I lived here, if Bi-Mart doesnt have it, I dont need it. He told the truth. Between Bi-Mart and Amazon, we dont shop anywhere else for home goods and other basics.

but sometimes a limited selection. It's mostly a place to go for simple things, no fresh produce/vegetables. Kinda like a Hi-School Pharmacy. Great pharmacy too, can get stamps, no baby food/formula.

Excellent store. I love Bi-Mart. They have such a nice selection of fishing and hunting supplies. Its a gift to live near a Bi-Mart. This location is especially nice with excellent customer service.

Everyone there is friendly, helpful and treat you like family. I go in there a few times a week, and they have always been very helpful. Alot nicer t hmm an the bigger stores in Salem or Corvallis.

Best pharmacy in town. Great black Friday deals. Good deals on wine, beer, ammo, firearms and dvds on a regular basis. Also, cheap otc meds for cold/flu and allergy season.
