Literally the worse shoe store in town mostly because of the staff, very unprofessional and unhelpful! My husbands debit card got charged twice for $132.00 equaling $264.00 after returning home and realizing their mistake we returned to the store to get our money back for shoes we didnt even buy. Store manager couldnt even return our money, worse store manager ever! Very unprofessional and she should not be in charge if you cant handle customers problems. Not to mention as we walked out she decided it would be a good idea to tell other associates what happened as we were still in the store? Get real this experience couldnt have been more unprofessional. Someone like this obisvouly shouldnt be in a management positions.
