Wow! I dont know what happened with the last person who posted a review, but I went into Radioshack and the gentleman that helped me today not only finished in roughly 15 minutes but set my family up on a family plan and set us up with discounts we never knew about on our monthly bill! We will be returning to Jason from now on and have already referred all our friends to him.

I have gone here 3 times so far and all 3 times they have not helped in the least. About all they can do is suggest other stores to try. My last visit was to purchase a watch battery. I brought the watch in but they could not help. Apparently they are not allowed to open the watch, and i could not get it open without ruining the watch. They were useless.

It;s an ok place to shop however you really need to know what you want as the xmas people do not know much about all the things in the store, and prices can still this day be found at better stores like Frys and Staples.

I thought Radio Shack had gone out of business, It was a pleasant surprise to come across this shop on Cedar Hills is still open. Definitely more options online, but some hard to find stuff can be found.

Radio shack has gone downhill quickly. Limited selection of electronics, they carry mostly trendy stuff now. The staff is not knowledgeable about electronics, they are just salespeople.

I usually have pretty bad experiences at RadioShack but this was an exception. The employees knew exactly what obscure cables and adapters I needed for some of my audio equipment.
