***Buyer beware*** Ez Dollar Pawn is a horrible place to do business because they lie to you, pressure you, and waster your time. This is a first hand experience from a customer who was contacted by EZ Dollar Pawn. The pawn shop called to buy some games and ended up wasting the sellers time and gas money. The overall experience was humiliating and rude. The company called around 9am to buy 38 games for sale on Craigslist priced at ten dollars each. They said they would buy 35 of them for $5 each or $185. When they were finished looking at all the games they changed their offer to $3 per game. They did not honor their word or offer. After they made their lowball offer they continued to try pressure tactics by mentioning other websites like Amazon, etc... They proceeded to act like the seller was being rude by telling them to honor the offer they made. When it was all done there was no transaction made and the clerks would not even help box up everything they just took out of the boxes. They wasted the time, gas, insulted the customer, and offered no form of apology. After they realized their offer wasnt accepted their attitudes became short and rude. The only thing I can say is that if they contact you wanting to buy something from you be wary because they might deal with you underhandedly by lieing, wasting your time, and acting like you are trying to shovel off your crap on them.

These people are incredible. Went in there on Christmas Eve in big trouble. I hadnt got anything for my wife yet and had no money leftover after spending it all on the kids. Took in my macbook, got a really fair amount on that and then bought some incredible jewelry for my wife at an amazing price. Still had cash in my pocket from the great deal the lady gave me on the necklace and ring combo. I would reccomend these guys & gals to anyone. They give good loans and made me a great deal on my wifes present. They also had alot of other stuff in there Ill have to go back for.

VERY SKETCHY AND SENSELESS, TOTAL LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. Called to ask about a bicycle that was stolen from my friend. Its a unique bike. If it were there, it would be easy to figure out. The woman that answered the phone was extremely rude and refused to check if the bike might be there. She also tried to advise me not to call other pawn shops as she thinks no one will be helpful. This is the only place so far that has been rude to me. Others were very helpful and friendly, so im not sure what her problem is.

Had a gold ring to sell and was shopping shops for best price -4 other shops weighed out the ring at similar 6 + grams. This shop weighed at 2 grams less AND told me my diamonds were not real which they cleary were as validated by my sale at Green Country pawn who gave me the best price.

Went into borrow against a computer and I asked the guy if he knew what a Mac Mini was, he said yes. I pulled out my Dell Zino HD and told him the specs and he just looked at me like I was an idiot. I finally asked him to say something and he asked so what is it a computer or something?

I use them frequently and they are very friendly and if they have no knowledge of a product will look it up and give you a decent deal.
