I have only used this store a couple of tines.. But the last two times the packages were lost. I have called the corporate number to UPS and they were useless.. They told me to call the store that i used to ship the packages.. Since the store is closed on Sundays i will take care of this tomorrow.. I gave it 1 star because they dont offer anything less than 1 star.. I am giving my opinion on my total UPS experience.. But my experience with this store and the employees have been positive.. I just dont understand how two different packages have been lost.. The first package cost me about $150.00 but it has since been taking care of.. But the second package is costing me over $600.00.. And im not sure what is going on with electronics going missing.. And i dont want to accuse anyone for the missing items.. But my experience with UPS right now is not very good.. I will update my review after i talk to the store tomorrow..

Had a package sent to NC that was damaged in shipping. Instead of the NC UPS store taking care of the claim as they were supposed to, they shipped it back to the Norman store saying it was their responsibility. Ram filed the claim on my behalf and worked with UPS for a couple of weeks to insure I got my money back for the items and shipping cost. He and everyone I encountered at this store were incredibly friendly and professional. Have used them many times, this was only time there was an issue and they made it right! Definitely will use them again!

Dont go here! I tried shipping to two hrs away that had to get there within 3 days. Normally send from the Moore location and its $10 and ALWAYS gets there the next day. Norman told me it would be 10 days before getting there so had me pay $33 to have it there in time! I spoke with the Moore store and they told me its NEVER been that backed up and they have found out from multiple people the Norman store is lying to hit numbers and make people pay more!!! This is total crap! Wont be going back! Will be sending everything from Moore !

Yeah i have to agree with the previous reviews. It seems that it is under new management. Although I am glad that their hours has extended during weekend, but i noticed that they try to rip you off when it comes to packaging. They tend to ask you to buy their boxes or envelopes claiming that the one you provided isnt good enough. So watch out.

I have been coming to this store to pick up UPS deliveries since November shortly after our house fire. The entire staff has also been excellent and very professional. Miranda knows me by name and always says hi with a smile. This is the best UPS I have dealt with in picking up packages and sending packages.

I had to ship a computer to sell to a third party and was super nervous about it getting there okay! Ram went above and beyond to make sure that that happened. I will admit, sticker shock set in for the peace of mind but it was well worth it to make sure everything arrived the way it should! :)

I went in to ship a book, I bought a box and they charged me three dollars service fee, which involved them putting my book into the box with peanuts. When asked if the box cost $7 dollars, they told me yes, and excluded to inform me about the fee. Just felt it was poor customer service.

I write for a living and I literally cannot describe how terrible ups is. Seriously, carrier pigeon are a better way to transport packages. Actually, strapping the package to the back of a stay cat would be at least as reliable and would save you some money.

shipped a suitcase in the morning, charged me 70 bucks. In the afternoon, I got a call from a guy told me I had to pay another 20 bucks for the package. So I applied refund, shipped it in post office much cheaper and got better service from a young lady.

I had to have a package forwarded here since i was moving i come 3 days after delivery and they have completely lost my package. worst store ever. Ups needs to fire every idiot there and start over. Do not use this store!

Had to drop off a prepaid return so I was not able to experience the overcharges like many reviewers. Employees were polite, quick to help, and gave me a tracking number to ensure my package would be on schedule.
