I had a small package to ship to Canada valued at about $100. I came into the store with my items in an open box, and inquired to the assistant manager "in training" about the cost to ship, and she quoted me about $20 for International Ground after taking all of my information into the system. She gave me a form to fill out, which I did, and returned to the counter. After scanning the form, she indicated that the Ground method wasnt coming up as an option, with the cheapest being $90...she had given me the wrong form for Ground shipping according to her supervisor...and so I filled out a second form, along with the Customs form that she hadnt given me the first time around. I returned to the counter, and the supervisor keyed all of my information into the system for a third time. As she sealed up the box, and finished the process, the total came out to over $40, and she couldnt figure out how her trainee had quoted me the $20 price. She said there was nothing she could do, and so I took my package and left after about an hour at the store. Same package, fast and friendly customer service over at USPS? $6. Thanks, Ill ship with you guys instead. The trainee staff shouldnt have been allowed to handle customers alone, there was some very inappropriate chat about customers while I was present, and the amount of time I spent in the store I could have driven to the border to send the package without dealing with postal customs. Ship elsewhere. Definitely

I ordered a package from a company that only ships with FedEx, and since FedEx is unable to get into my apartment building, I request to hold them at the store. I checked the status of my package, and it said it was at the Fedex location for pickup, as I had requested. When I went in to pick up my package (with my car running and someone waiting for me), there was only one employee working. The woman in front of me was ordering a very complicated order for her wedding, and I stood patiently unacknowledged by the Fedex Employee. I stood there for 30 minutes without any service or even eye contact. Finally I said excuse me, I just need to pick up a package (as the person in front of me was obviously going to be taking a long time). The employee was so rude, and said it wasnt there yet. I told showed her the tracking information, and she still said that it wasnt there. What really annoyed me was that while she was helping the customer in front of me, she was waiting for things to print and could have just quickly looked up and greeted me, asked what I needed. I stood there for 30+ minutes for a service that took 2 minutes. I would not ever use Fedex again if it wasnt for this company that I often order from and they only use Fedex. I would highly recommend NOT using this store, unless you have unlimited time to stand in line and dont care about customer service.

Terrible service. I went in this morning and asked if I could download, sign, and scan for e-mail some time-sensitive documents. I was told that yes I could, provided I had a flash drive. I said I would go home and get one, so they knew I intended to make a second trip to get this done. When I returned, the wifi didnt work. I stood in line to ask about the wifi while the employee chatted away about completely non-work related matters with another customer despite knowing I was in line. She said the wifi never works and actually sent me to the coffee shop a few stores down. The coffee shop didnt want me using their wifi without buying coffee. To recap: they let me make a second trip knowing I wouldnt be able to do what I needed to do, they made me wait in line longer than necessary because the employee wanted to socialize, they expect the coffee shop to provide a service they claim to provide, and I was unable to complete an important, time-sensitive task they assured me I would be able to complete there. Thank goodness for Grand Forks Public Library.

Saw some older negative reviews so I thought I should rate my visit today. I was acknowledged as soon as I walked in the door. The service was prompt (there were two customers ahead of me). My request was for printing. I came in after 5pm needing approximately 520 pages printed, collated, three-hole punched, and placed in a binder. The customer service representative opened the file from my thumb drive; was very familiar with the Adobe software; she also informed me that the printing would take about 10 minutes, but that she could assemble it right afterward. I had other errands so I stopped back an hour later and the job was completed. I will certainly use them again. One other item, I could have rated this five stars, but thats like getting 100% on an essay test. Does anybody?

Not surprised that Im not the only one who feels this way. I go there because I dont want to drive to the airport, but thats it. The few times that I needed more than just to drop off a fedex package, its been nothing but a headache. Ive been treated rudely, ignored and misquoted prices. Ive even requested a package be held there for pick up and when I arrived, the lady behind the counter told me it wasnt there - but I could see it on a rack and finally had to insist that she show me that package... and it was mine! She didnt even apologize. She just shrugged her shoulders and said "Whos next?" And would it hurt so much to smile occasionally? Or say "Thank you!" when someone buys your products? Geez...

I agree with the previous reviewers. The service is incredibly poor. The personal are poorly trained but are adept at maintaining a very arrogant attitude. Apparently the person I dealt with is considered one of the better employees as I have had past interactions with her and the outcome has always been the same yet she is still employed. This is the last time I will deal with FedEx. I took my business elsewhere and was met with courteous, helpful staff. STAY AWAY FROM THIS FEDEX SHOP!!!!

I also came by here yesterday and liked it well enough. They do a good job and while I know it is easy to criticize other people it is better to praise them. I like coming to Kinkos shops and feel at home in them all over the country. This is a good one and I am glad to have found it, yeah !

This Fedex office is the worst! I called them to ask about one of my package and they just put me in hold! After a few minutes a man says thank you for choosing Fedex and ha hung up.. Im like what the hell is that, seriously? What kind of service it is, so stupid. What kind of attitude is that?

Well I was the only customer at the time so my prints got out super quick. They close at 6pm on Sunday and I got there with 5 minutes to spare but the rep ( Richard) didnt make me feel like he had to rush my jobs. He was polite and I was happy I could get my pictures. Good day for me!
