Terrible service and customer relations! I wont be back and will advise friends to go elsewhere as well. I couldnt be more disappointed. I had a meeting across town with a Lindsey Street business at 5:00 PM, but needed a couple of copies. One copy was a front and back instructional letter in color the second was black and white graphic, so a total of three copied surfaces. I came into King Kopy a little after 4:30 PM thinking it should be a really quick job. When I walked in I noticed the customer copy machines require you to first approach the counter before using them so I thought Id just ask staff to make the copies as there were no other customers at the counter and I expected that would be quickest. The young lady took my documents and after about 5 minutes of messing around with a computer monitor she explained that King Kopy didnt have a color copier and she was scanning the front and back of the color letter to send the scanned images to a large printer in the back of the business. (BTW, I had not be asked ahead of time nor agreed to King Kopy retaining a copy of the images on the letter, which included original art for a yet to be released public event. I asked that the images be removed from King Kopys computer and was assured they would be; Im going to take them at their word.) After another 5 minutes or so, and after I had watched the staff members frustration with the printer (ASIDE: she was on her personal cell phone during a fair amount of this time too so her attention to the job was limited), she finally explained the machine was slow (which was echoed by another staff member) but it shouldnt be much longer. All told it took over 15 minutes for King Kopy to make three copies. When the staff member finally finished making the copies and returned my originals, which were also going to be presented at the business meeting, the scanned document was badly mangled (it appeared as though it had been damaged when placed in the scanner). When I mentioned this concern to the staff member she tried to smooth it out with her hand, nothing more. I told her it was "not ideal," and she acknowledged it was not, but did not offer to correct it by making a second copy of the scanned document that was now on King Kopys computer. As I was pressed for time to get to the Lindsey business by 5:00 PM I paid for the copies and left unhappy. However, on the way across town I called King Kopy from the number on the receipt and asked to speak with the manager. I explained my frustration with the slow service and damage to the original document, to which he replied "Im sorry, what do you want me to do?" Really? Thats your solution, to ask the customer how to correct the situation? I told him there was nothing to be done at that point as Im not driving back across town for a refund on three copies, but I wanted to ensure he was aware of my unpleasant experience so it wouldnt happen for others as well. He was extremely indifferent. I wont be back, and I wouldnt suggest others go either. I know a fair amount, if not the bulk, of King Kopys business is from the University of Oklahoma, but if theyre going to also offer walk-in service they should give it the same attention and care they would for the university. If I could give no stars I would.

King Kopy has always been there for the community. Aisha has done many things for our orginization Citizens Police Academy Alumni of Norman including shirts that were done recently that came out spectacular. She goes above and beyond to find what you need and the best price possible. There is always a personal one on one with Aisha and you get the best experience you could possibly want.
