This review is based solely on donating items - I was a bit disheartened to see what happens when you donate items here. It is my hope at least that everyone who donates takes a lot of care in dropping of their items because when you go there, they instruct you to take the items out to large bins in the parking lot. Thats not a big deal at all except that when you go out there, theres so much stuff in the bins already that its almost impossible to be careful (with your own self and the items you are donating) when unloading. I felt bad putting our boxes of items onto other peoples loose items they donated and also was nervous someone may go and put something heavy on the boxes I was bringing. I have since started taking our donation items to the Easter Seals drop off in the Miracle Mile parking lot as when you go there, someone is stationed there and will load your stuff into their bin which makes me feel a lot more at ease that people who can use the items will get them all - unbroken.

Went in Saturday and was interested in a couch, spoke to lady on staff she suggested I dont pay until I come back with a way to pick it up on monday. When I went in this morning was a different lady and there was a sold tag on couch. I told her I was there for couch she said she had sold to someone else. I explained the story and she said, oh well I sold it to someone this morning and walked away. Very rude lady. Am terribly disappointed as I am in desperate need of furniture and I was there first. I wouldve paid for it on Saturday had the lady said otherwise. I get that its a thrift store, but staff should be truthful and courteous no matter where they work.

Great prices on clothes, not on furniture. Some staff are nice. You can find nice items if you have the time to really sift through their products and clothing. No bathroom. Not very private dressing room (curtain for a door) and only one stall available.

The place was very dirty and everything was covered in dirt. The place had a changing room that didnt stay closed since it was only a sheet and most books and movies were warped from being in the window with the sun and heat

I love Salvation Army Thrift Store! Especially Wednesdays!! You have to have more time to shop there as they dont arrange by sizes at all, but they are more affordable than the other resale shops because of it.

There was one lady who was really mean to me she yelled excuse me at me and I got so sad I didnt wanna even buy anything. The store is amazing and I love shopping here but that one lady though

I much prefer coming here for my thrift store needs over Goodwill. The selection seems better and I like how they price things individually. It makes me feel like I am getting better deals.

Wednesdays are half off days and the girls are always friendly and helpful. I always find great items. Plus you cant beat saving money and seeing the cheerful staff!
