In recent years I have found better quality and better bargains at Salvation Army than Kohls and Wal-Mart. Their prices vary store to store. The "White Collar" neighborhoods do ask more for their goods, but we dont have to shop there...and there are still good deals to be had. My only frustration is the movies and books that these stores allow. I would like to see a little more discernment about the things they allow on the shelves. Rated R movies (that contain a lot of sex etc.) and books that promote "Anti-Christian" beliefs. Other than this, they get a two thumbs up from me.

Not a bad place to shop if youre looking for a discount on something you may not necessarily need to purchase brand new. The store is well-organized and the selection is all right. Staff is helpful if you have any questions and they are all so friendly. Was not extremely crowded when I was there. Found a really nice pair of Nike tennis shoes that were in great shape. Prices are a little steep on some items in my opinion but all around not a bad place to shop.

The worst customer service employees barely help me unload from my vehicle also I never got a thank you or a smile. I regret not taking my donations to Purple Heart in Westland because they are closed on Weekends. Purple Heart is for real charities they give our stuff we dont need to the people that are in need Donate your stuff to Purple Heart.

While the prices are cheap and the selection is honestly pretty wide, its honestly hard to tell if anything in the store gets sorted or cleaned. Donations being worn and beaten comes with the territory, but it feels like the shelves and hangers could use a low budget replacement from the dollar store. Still, its a nice store and staff despite that.

Smelled funny, but thats because the people not the store. Look, if you are coming to a salvation army, dont expect a fancy experience. It is exactly as you would think and you know what? That is perfect. I got clothes I liked for a price I liked even more.

I loved it! Great deals. Left the store with a big bag filled with clothes. Found some shoes that are only available online in my country for like $40 and got them for $10!! Mostly friendly staff, except for a few who kept looking at me funny.

They have really good things here, the only reason I gave 4 star is because they need to have better customer service the cashiers are a bit rude when checking out. But overall I will re visit again.
