Prices are a little higher than other thrift shops. I dont like the way they do their pricing.. I wish they would tag every item individually instead you have to guess how much the clothes are.. Ive been overcharged every single time ive been there. Everytime i get a shirt from the $1.99 rack.. they end up charging me $4.99.. which i guess is their price for better shirts.. Its frustrating and i have went back a couple times to get my money back.. But a few times it just wasnt worth it. I got a little muscle shirt that would be 0.99 at any other goodwill.. But i was willing to pay 1.99 for it.. but when they charge you $4.99 for a used plain no-name muscle shirt.. When it really is only worth about 0.99?? Never fails.. i am overcharged at this location and the other hilliard one down the street. That could add up.. people better watch the cashiers and what is being rung up.. Before you know it.. youll think youre paying mall prices for used items!! They need to change the way they price stuff.. but they wont because they are ripping too many people off like this... It cant just be me everytime i go in there....

Rude employees. Everyone 2yrs ago was nice. Huge bids on Fake counterfeit bags in their case. I let them know that it was a fake Gucci bag but it rolled off their concerns. Its wrong and illegal. Huge hassle if youre engaged and the debit card doesnt match ID. its THE only goodwill store who checks this and tells you that you arent allowed to do it. Just cash only. I spend over 100.00 a week at other area goodwill stores never experienced this or fake counterfeit bags on Mark up prices or in cases under such assumptions . Update ****Now they dont check ID and are more friendly, all other still stands . So, thank you for changing !!

Hit-and-miss most of the time. The person/people in charge of pricing need to do more research on value. They sometimes mark an item near retail cost, this is a THRIFT store, so pricing items at a point where customers see the value saved is important. The auctions are always fun, with the ability to win items at a low cost. Most of the staff are friendly and try keeping the store looking nice. They need to invest in a white grease pencil as a lot of time is wasted at the register hunting for the price marked on darker plastic goods.

If you are looking for an old toaster, you can here but dont expect much else. Goodwill ships off most of the items you would tangibly want to their online auction site, or puts them in their glass "auction window". For these reasons I have basically stopped bothering to look there.

Clothes are well organized at a decent price and have better quality than some of the other stores in town. However they are very limit on their selection outside of clothes. Dont come here to expect to find too much else.

Large selection of clothes and household items. Convenient location near downtown Hilliard. This location often has new clothes and products that have been donated by Target. I have found some great buys here!

Large variety of many items when I went in to look for a dress for a friends wedding. Didnt find what I wanted but the staff was friendly. Id return just to browse & when having more time as well.

Packs a good variety in a small store. Has decent clothing options, but really has a huge stock of knick knacks. They have a nice auction schedule for nicer items.
