My mother purchased a treadmill for one hundred dollars. And she was told that as long as she called in daily that they would hold it for her until she could pick it up. She had been continually calling as instructed and it had been agreed that she would pick it up on a particular weekend. We also have a recorded message saying that they would hold it until the weekend concluded. But on that friday they called her and demanded that she pick it up by 1 oclock or else they would put it back on the floor to be resold. She works twelve hour shifts as an RN, And cant just leave work. And this is after they told her she would have through the weekend to get it. When I arrived to pick it up they told me that I could only rebuy the item and that she would have to wait until monday to talk to the store manager to get a store credit refund for an item that she paid for in cash, that they still had. They refused give me the contact information for the store manager and did not offer to take my information to have her call me. And they refused to give information of a manager higher up so that this could ha e been resolved. Shortly after my mother arrived with receipt in hand for the treadmill. At which time the shift leader called the store manager. And according to her the store manager told her that if the treadmill was still available to release it to her. We were then informed that the treadmill had already been resold. To which our response was, "we still have the activation key for the treadmill, which it will not function properly without." After we exited the building I called 13 action news and a customer on their way in heard me make this call. And informed a staff member and the shift manager called her store manager again and finally they gave her the refund she should have been offered in the first place. And thats assuming that the treadmill had actually been resold and wasnt just sitting in the back. The store has numerous paper on the walls asking customers to be kind to the sales associates because they usually get a bad rapport. But their unwillingness to make a situation right and quickly is the reason itself that they get the bad rapport. The employees should have used common sense and there wouldnt have been an issue in the first place. And the fact that the bad publicity is what seemingly forced their hand to make the right call is outrageous.

Ive been shoping here for years! As a big proponent of recycling, thus is a first stop place when Im in need of household goods/decor, clothes, accessories and just to brows! The only draw back is this location tends to be over stocked for the shelf/ rack space they have, often just overflowing, which make it difficult to look at things.

During my last visit employees were talking w/ friends that were using excessive profanity which made my shopping experience less than favorable. One of the employees did come to me and apologize. In addition certain areas of the store, (pots, pans, electronic section, floral) was very messy and unorganized.

Its a large Goodwill the only thing Ive looked at here are the clothes so I cant speak of the other, but I can tell you in my opinion there is a large selection of clothing, although the quality of the clothing is not as good as some of the other Goodwills Ive been too

The store smelled horrible, the merchandise was beat up, outdated, and dirty, and the prices were ridiculous. I could go into the local Walmart and pay less for new than what this store was asking for used and old. Never stopping here again.
