This store now has very nice people working here thank goodness for the change with the new staff. However the Headquarter for this store and the near by Salvation Army needs to get it together and use a stample gun to tag the clothing at the brand labels. Have some class and stop with the staples that damage the clothing! also the shoes! Oh now Mr. Headquarter you took away the dressing rooms and restrooms!well now to shop at your stores your customers have to double check if we can remove the stamples without damage to the clothing, no longer can try them on and risk a bladder infection. Again for the staff working at this store you are all very nice.

If you are used to the Salvation Army stores in Oakland County, remember that this is Genesee County. I came one morning and saw long lines; when I left, the lines were just as long, with no more cashiers. Management seems to be barricaded in a corner office. The stockroom sounds like a permanent euchre school. They dont even bother to shelve the books anymore--just toss them in a cart and push it out on the floor. I think they calculate the minimum number of people necessary to run this place, and then send half of them home.

This used to be a great resale shop - but recent changes make it useless for clothes. They got rid of the changing rooms! There is no way to try on any clothes before you buy. When you cant try stuff on to know if it fits good, the low prices dont matter! They also stopped having public restrooms. I bought most my maternity wardrobe here (they did have great selection and quality stuff) but no way I would have shopped here without a public restroom.

i went into this location for some work pants there employee madison schnitikker was harrasing me with every move i made. flipping me off. telling me shes gonna fight me. so i decide to tell her manager since i wasent doing a damn thibg wrong. and thr manager just kinda shrugged it off. terrible customer service. must be a new manager. what happened salvation army?

Not impressed with this place.. Seems to be no rhyme or reason to there organization. Didnt have time to look up and down each and every rack for size and or color. Just left with out buying a thing.

They get everything for free. But their prices seem to rise. They seem higher than they used to. I understand they have to past their workers, rent etc, but seriously theyre higher priced than VOA.

Some times it is a bit unorganized but mostly it is easy to find what you are looking for. There are fitting rooms by the way, I saw a review that said they didnt have any but that has changed :)

Great friendly associates, large selection on household, furniture, cloths, glassware, movies, with great specials everyday. Large easy safe parking lot with plenty of space. Thanks JB

I like going here. Prices are getting hi. 4 dollars for pants and shirts. The older Gentleman that is always there in the mornings is rude.

Store is clean problem is none of the clothing is not in any size order you have to pretty much go through everything to find your size

Check out the selection of clothing, they do have 2 fitting rooms,friendly staff,great place to shop.
