Attempted to use car wash on Sunday, March 9 at approximately 2:30 pm EST. The automated machine took my $10 without giving me a wash or returning my change. I immediately went to one of the store attendants, Noah, who called his manager who told him to tell me to return during the week. I returned 2 days later and spoke with Noah. I told Noah that all I wanted was my $7 wash and my $3 in change. He called his manager who said he reviewed video and claimed it never happened. Ive used this station for many years during my commute. I will never stop here again because of this experience. I filed a complaint with BP corporate.

Went in to use the baby changing table. There was pill residue all over it. You could even see chunks of pills and where one had been pressed. Absolutely 100% positive is was NOT baby powder. Also the attendant was eating Taco Bell while checking everyone out.

Got gas only. Didnt go in. Pay at the pump. Close to the highway. Easy to get in and out of and back on your way. Would I go back? Yes.
