Went to ask a loan on 18kt earrings that had been confirmed to be 18kt by 3 independent jewelers. Was told in a very hostile manner by young women that they tested 14kt...l replied to her that is strange since l had them tested before came out 18kt..by the way they are also marked 18kt. She started to raise her voice. I asked why are you being argumentative and unpleasant l am only telling you what was told to me.l asked what amount could you loan me on 14kt she became upset by that question also. I told her that she was being unprofessional and disrepectful. Avoid this dirty little store.Young lady has a serious problem. Probably low self esteem. Definitely needs to practice communication skills!

Do not go here! I wouldnt recommend no one to go here, for one they have bad customer service and will get nasty at you. For two, they dont know what they are doing, they will rip you off badly and I think its only cause they are running out of business due to them not having no customers. Its very filthy in the inside, I could of sworn I saw I roach go by lawnmower when I had walked out. Its a shame and they should shut this place down! I see why they dont get customers, very filthy place with bad customer service, smh!!!! Bye shop✌️

These guys were extremely helpful, and very nice. They actually looked at, and evaluated my equipment an gave me a fair price on a short-term loan which helped me through my circumstance. I had been to two other Cleveland area pawn shops, and trust me when I say; “When your financial picture, takes a turn for the worse, leave the other pawn shops alone, and make South Euclid Pawn the first.” I will definitely recommend this store to anyone interested in great service with reasonable, and fair prices.

Rude. Nasty. Angry. Looking either stressed out or on something that puts you on edge. Either way they are lacking quality customer service. I mean why run a business that deals with people if you cant deal with people politely? CLEARLY they are not over worked the place was empty except for the dog. Also I had an item to sell and they offered me 15 dollars. I went to Coventry and got 40. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM!

Do not look at those reviews or take them into consideration, they are great people and know their business. They do not snap or are rude. They are clear and concise. I have delt with south euclid pawn since moving here. They are the lowest in the area when it comes to monthly rates, pawn borrow interest, again!.... In the AREA! SORRY! Try the others around the are and you will rethink ur review, TRUST ME!

Ive bought a few hand tools and a great DeWalt reciprocating saw here. It was in excellent condition and Ive used it on 5-6 jobs in the last 2 months since I got it. Works great, very fair price. My only issue is they dont have very much stock. I stop in when Im passing by and have a few, minutes and often theres not much new.

Very rude and arrogant owners! I would not do business with them unless you are a drug addict looking to sell stolen goods because that is how you can expect to be treated. This is not a spiteful review just the honest truth. I suggest you take your business to Uncle Bens Pawn Shop at least they treat you with respect.
