Called them, and received a quote for a new PS4 I was going to sell. The man offered $175, which is what two other Pawnshops in the area offered. When I walked in, he tried to lowball me. He dropped the offer to $150 for a like new PS4 (zero scratches, or sign of wear) including a $40 headset with the bundle for free. Gamestop is currently paying $160 cash, and up to $200 store credit with Ebay deals going for $250-275 for a comparable system. I relisted my PS4 on Ebay, and sold it with the headset for $275 within 2 hours after walking out of the door of USA Pawn. Ive come to this place and encountered good service in the past, but it is inconsistent. There are better pawnshops around on Merril Rd. The Cash America Pawn offers consistent professionalism, and is more transparent. They sell merchandise for pretty good prices, but lowballing too hard will also cost them business. Im not coming back to this pawn shop.

Its a good place to be honest i went in pawned something and they were like hey if you cant make your payment let us know and we will work with you and the situation came up where i couldnt get it right away they worked with me on the default date which was awesome because the last time it happened at cash america pawn they didnt call or anything but on the default date they didnt want to let me get my stuff

The people that own this store are the best. If something is wrong with what you buy they will fix it with no question asked. If it is something that you did, they will help to resolve it for you if they can. Also they have the most up to date equipment and I have saved so much money shopping at USA Pawn......
