Staff was rude, uninformed, but most importantly, dishonest. One thing is to be a reselling business in which you buy at a fraction of retail cost, but this person tried to convince me that sold listings on eBay are items still not sold, parked and waiting for a customer. Moreover, tried to convince me that best offers were discounts suggested by the sellers because they could not get a fair price. eBay is not retail cost if you look at sold listings, that is the individual merchant cost. Being uninformed on certain items will always be okay, but trying to buy an item for less by showing misleading information to an informed collector is a behavior that should be not tolerated by any customer and that gives the customer the responsibility to report it.

This place is horrible! They go by what they feel the price should be. I brought in a high quality air compressor. Paid $325.00 at Lowes. I barely use the it and the blonde women tells me that it would get $50 for that and she would sell it for $80 on the floor. I said what are you smoking? I understand that I would not get what I paid for it but would have settled for $150.00 which I thought what I get for it. Dont go here nothing but a joke!!!!

Was in a predicament. Had a check that wasnt supposed to clear for days. Took in an item reluctantly. Signed all the paperwork and as I walked out the door the check cleared in my account. Went right back in and explained the situation the manager was completely understanding and voided the transaction right then and there. Awesome service and people. Would recommend to anyone!

Then the blonde chick- the manager basically eyes you up the entire time especially if youre a woman and acts like youre bothering her, whenever u ask her a question she responds with a really terrible attitude. But when a man walked in her attitude totally changed. If youre going to be dealing with customers, leave your attitude and jealousy at the door lady!

Dishonest!! They tell you one thing one day and then raise your interest rate the next day!! Guy behind the counter said dont worry about paying to extend if youre going to pick it up the next day!! No problem Ill write a note on your account!!! Total BS
