I arrived there for my appointment and as I was filling out paperwork, the receptionists were talking rather loudly. They started this new policy for patients, that they have to pay for the exam and anything else upfront before they will bill your insurance. Assuming, all goes well they will send you an refund check. Talk about shady. I didnt think they were serious and that this new policy was going into effect today. $140 later, I found out the hard way. The doctor was super nice and everything, minus the receptionists. If you are a potential new patient, dont go here go somewhere else. Especially if you dont have that immediate amount of cash on hand.

A lot of times people are quick to leave a bad review but I have had nothing but WONDERFUL experiences every time Ive visited. The front desk staff has always been very welcoming and the Dr.s are great! The optician named Denise has helped me time and time again when picking out frames and always knows whats in style and what will look the best on me!. I refuse to go anywhere else when I can go to a place that makes me feel comfortable and welcomed. Thank you to the ladies at Berris! I highly recommend them to anyone!

They are very awful with their service. My 2yr got classes from there but whenever it needed a replacement of a nose pad or the glass itself they were very rude and told me to teach a 2yr kid to handle the glasses properly! They would not replace the nose pads with the one he is comfortable. We ordered one color and they got a different color without even asking. The insurance pay for the replacement but still they were acting like they are spending it from thier pocket. I would never recommend them to anyone else.

I have been going to Berris for several years now. Prior to going there 2 other Optometrist could not help diagnose the problems I was having. After one appointment they had it figured out and it has been clear vision ever since. I would highly recommend Berris to any one that wants personalized attention and consistent, quality service.

I am a long time patron at Berris. Always a pleasant experience. The staff is very knowledgeable about which mens frames are current and in style. From the Doctors to the opticians and front desk, everyone is always nice and welcoming. Highly recommend to try them out!

My entire family uses them because of the excellent service. I broke my glass a few weeks back, and since I go to school in Columbus, they sent me a new pair of frames to my apartment there. They are super kind and go above and beyond for the customer.
