My experience with this store has left me pretty frustrated. I put in an order and scheduled to pick it up the next evening. The item I ordered showcased Sunflowers among an assortment of other types. First off I should have known there would be issues when it took the two workers approximately 10 minutes to find my order in the back. It felt like the communication between shifts was a bit lacking. Finally they found my arrangement and unfortunately the main draw (the Sunflowers) were removed because the only ones they had were dying. I understand this is a possibility when ordering flowers. However, contacting me prior to making this decision seems like a pretty common sense type thing. If someone would have reached out to me and explained the situation most of this could have been avoided. I ended up just requesting a refund because the whole reason I ordered this arrangement was for those Sunflowers. I also have yet to receive the email they told me was coming as proof of the refund. Im hoping thats just an oversight and Ill get my money back promptly. Something tells me that may not be the case though... well see. Bottom line - I dont think its unreasonable to say that I will not be returning to this location for any future orders.

I bought a Same day funeral spray for a Good friend whos baby passed a couple days before. The Spray was Beautiful !, and the Teddy bear attached to the Flower spray was a a Great Personal touch. It was delivered on time and I even got a call saying that it was delivered. The Parents really appreciated it. :-) The conversation I had with the lady (I cant remember her name) that took my order after explaining the circumstances to her, was very caring and thoughtful of the situation. She made suggestions that I wouldnt have thought about. I really appreciate your kind and thoughtful Customer service. And your prices are very reasonable. :-) Keep up the Great work! My bouquet for my wedding turned out beautiful, but I found it an extreme racket that they upped the cost of the flowers by 40% purely for the fact that it was a wedding bouquet. My flowers were simple, all in stock in their store, and I paid $10 extra dollars for the ribbon tied around them...$10. For a ribbon. That aside, when I saw the final bill and that 40% was added for the description "wedding", I found this extremely unethical.

Orderedan arrangement and spent the money to be delivered by 3 then was told i spent an additional amount of money for it to be there at a later time instead. Its ok though i like spending extra money to not have done what was supposed to of. I will never order from you guys again. Oh and on another note maybe employ people who do not get attitudes with people who are perfectly calm asking why orders got changed. Great job.

Knowing the Ozment family and working with Leah Snyder has been absolutely pleasurable. They do a fantastic job of taking care of me when I call in and place orders. Everyone is professional, helpful and willing to go the extra mile when asked. They will always be my florist of choice and the only place I will call.

Stopped in as I saw sign for African Violets for granddaughters Birthday. Unfortunately you were out . Decided on arrangement of Carnations. Camryn (hope I got the right) was so helpful even telling me about the Cheryls cookies. Arrangement was lovely and she loved it and cookies. Excellent service.

This is the type of florist you want to give your business to. I called them 10:40 am placed my order. At 11:50 am, my sister thanked me for her flowers. At 12:10 pm, the driver phoned me, left a message telling me he delivered the flowers! All this in less than 2 hrs! Awesome!

Phoned in an order just to make sure everything was inline with what i wanted. Staff member was very courteous and helpful; taking extra time to make sure the flowers were just right!! Great to have that kind of service!!

The phone works out to "we smell", but in a good way. Staff is always friendly. Only downside is the traffic, best to enter/exit by heading west on Main.
