I ordered flowers here back in December for both sets of parents for the holidays. I was SUPER happy with the products and delivery. I thought I had found my new florist to send gifts to my parents when I cant be there. Early today I ordered again and the order was rejected based on delivery area. I was super confused because they had delivered before. After speaking to the manager I was told they have NEVER delivered to that area - that theres no way I actually have a confirmation with their name on it from December (even though I do). AND my father called them back in December to say the arrangement looked great. I was also told that my parents address was over an hour away from their shop. Its 25mins if they had bothered to actually look. I was shocked at the terrible customer service. It was NOT about them not being able to fulfill the order - if they dont deliver there anymore, fine. But denying that it ever happened and exaggerating about the distance... I was basically told that I have no clue what I was talking about. Shocking. Will never use them again which is too bad as they do nice arrangements.

I have purchased several floral arrangements from Silver Fox Florist. They have listened to my ideas and turned my designs into floral reality!! I cannot tell you the comfort level that they have given me. I have found them to be very reasonable on price, ask for an estimate. I have found them to be so professional and friendly that I travel from MEDINA to make purchases at this Westlake location. I am also a Hospice Worker. The funeral arrangements that I have seen from here are also very nice. This is my favorite Florist shop anywhere.

They did flowers for my wedding ceremony and did a beautiful job! On time with no problems. I was thrilled with the flowers! The women who work there were very nice, they knew what I wanted better than I did!
