I think the customer service is great. Very friendly but Im out of state and I depended that the flowers, Be My Love Bouquet with Red Roses, would be exactly like the picture I saw on line. It was similar, but not near as nice. The picture on line showed a couple more red roses and nice red carnations and at least 4 other flowers maybe a lily but from the picture that was sent to me, doesnt show any red carnations at all, and maybe 2 lilys, and in fact there were only 2 red roses and they were the only red flowers in the vase. It looked nice but I should have been told that it wouldnt look like what I ordered and it shouldnt be missing the nicer flowers...Sorry but this arrangement has more white daisys then anything else and they dont cost that much money. Oh well, next time I will ask more questions.

While calling to see if they had a specific flower that my wife loves, the person made me repeat myself 3x and then said I need to pronounce the name correctly. I proceeded to ask if they had any yellow ones in and he said they were all spoken for and hung up. My next question would have been when will you get some but apparently they dont need my business. What a shame... Closest flower shop to me.

Very rude about hiring people there place is mess! They tell someone they arent creative when all your life people say you are! They have no experience they didnt went school or have business to open shop! I would never step foot or recommend this place at all....
