My husband and I went to 4 florists rated top notch in the area. After that experience the ONLY florist I would recommend is Rose Garden. Heather is so knowledgeable, she was able to not only replicate my dream bouquet but to make suggestions of what we could substitute to make it work best with our theme and color. I consider myself quite a plant and flower enthusiast, but she is truly an expert. Not only that, Rose Garden was the only florist we visited that has a dedicated room for consultations, we got private attention and did not feel rushed. They make you feel special, even with a small order. They are also the only place knowledgeable enough to give us an actual quote for the bouquet, not just a round about price range. And I would have expected this kind of service to cost more, but honestly, out of all 4, RG offered the cheapest prices too. She also made me a beautiful hairpiece and the cake flowers supplied were perfect. Heather and her staff at RG are truly professionals. I got about 100 compliments (and I only had 50 guests!) on my bouquet. It was so unique and gorgeous. I cant even explain, just breathtaking. I would say if you go anywhere else, you will not only get inferior quality, you will deserve it. I just hope my husband goes back to buy me flowers for our anniversary!!! Thank you so much RG!

I chose an arrangement on their site and specifically checked "do not use replacement". This was for my mothers birthday and I had searched multiple sites before settling on this one because I wanted this arrangement. My mom sent me a picture of the arrangement and it was COMPLETELY different. It literally looked NOTHING like the arrangement I had picked. Different flowers, different container, different size, etc. I spoke with the owner and he tried to justify what he did. Blamed it on my moms camera/picture quality, didnt have the right container, etc. He could have called and let me know. I had my mom look at what I chose on their site and she said it was nothing like that, regardless of what the picture she sent me looked like. Will NEVER do business with this place again. Should have apologized and tried to make it right. The only solution I was given was to pick up the arrangement and get a credit. Not provide a replacement arrangement or a discount or anything. I have been working with Rose Garden Florist for over 25 years. The flower arrangements they have created have been for family, friends and clients which are all extremely important to me. Rose Garden goes beyond being your everyday florist, they are truly artists in their creation of floral designs. When I place an order with them I tell them the personality of the person I am giving the flowers to and the thoughts and feelings of what I want to convey with the arrangement. I always it get the same response from the receiver of the flowers “WOW, this is the most beautiful arrangement I have every received”. Over the years I have sent over a hundred arrangements without one disappointment. If you are looking for that florist that is artistic, has an eye for beauty, reliable and very customer service oriented then Rose Garden is the florist for your.

What can I say? This company knows its business and its business is wedding flowers. I usually cant tell an orchid from a hydrangea, but Heather sat down with me and went through my colors (wedding colors and preferences). She showed me pictures of flowers that would look great together. The wedding party flowers were beyond my wildest dreams gorgeous: it’s like she took the idea right out of my head for what I wanted my bouquet to look like. The reception arrangements were a tough one; I wanted different centerpieces on different tables. I was a bit nervous, but I shouldnt have been because Heather and Mike nailed them. Overall a phenomenal company and the bet florist I have worked with. PERIOD.

My wedding flowers were beautiful, and all of the staff at Rose Garden is incredible! My disappointments were the fact that my rhinestones on my bouquet started falling off the minute I picked it up, by the time I was walking down the isle the were almost all missing and sticking to my hands! I know they are just stick-on, but I don;t understand why they were placed over the pins where they obviously would not stick well? They should have been placed opposite side of pins I would think? That really bummed me out and the fact that just over night my flowers started to wilt. Maybe I expected too much, but other than that they were beautiful for the short time that mattered most.

Im a current customer at Rose Garden. I have been satisfied ever since I heard of them. The people that work there are so sweet. They absolutely do GREAT work! I recommended my sister to get her wedding flowers from here. She wasnt too sure what she wanted. She set up a wedding consultation at rose garden, which helped her figure out exactly what she wanted. They are so helpful there. The prices are not even bad for the flowers. The arrangements turned out PHENOMENAL. They were delivered and set up on time. The ceremony looked beautiful! I honestly dont think anyone else could have done a better job. THANK YOU ROSE GARDEN!

I cant say enough how impressed we were with Heather. From providing the ideas to adjusting to ours, she was fantastic with an incredible attention to detail. Beside making the beautiful pieces, whe went above and beyond and made a corsage and boutonnière using the same flowers she saw in the wedding photos she had from my parents wedding. She definitely made the 50th Anniversary party beautiful! Ive never hired someone who put more attention to detail into something than her. Thank you, Heather!

I called the florist late on the day of the needed delivery. The team there did a fantastic job on not only building a beautiful arrangement for my moms birthday, but also working with me to get them there on time. Its hard to find someone who is willing to work with someone who didnt follow the rules, but this team stepped up and prevented me from looking like i forgot her birthday. Great service, fair pricing and beautiful work! Thank you guys so much for what you did!

Episcopal church of the Ascernsion Threads
For several summers now, Episcopal Church of the Ascension has used Rose Garden florist for their summer altar flowers when the flower guild is on hiatus. We have been pleased for several reasons: the flowers are fresh and creatively arranged, they stay within our budget, they arrive on time and will go out of their way to be sure the flowers are secured when no one is around to accept delivery. I ordered by phone from Arizona, picked arrangement on line.....I heard it was absolutely beautiful. Delivered to my friend in rehab/nursing home....people walking up and down the halls stopped to look at them....apparently, a lot of love and care went into the arrangement. I cant than you enough....I really picked a good one!!! It was very much appreciated and I very highly recommend this florist.

Mike the owner helped me with floral arrangements for my dads funeral. I was extremely happy with the quality of the flowers and the sophisticated design. I chose asian influenced floral and live plant designs. His prices were, in my opinion, very reasonable. I will definitely return there for all my floral needs. I find the prior review below surprising as my experience was nothing but positive.
