I received my arrangements and its was not what I suppose to have gotten then on top of that the driver was rude then when I made a phone called to corporate they sent the message to the store and I received a phone called and the manager ask me what I like and how could she satisfied me buy sending me out some chocolate covered strawberries and pineapple that didnt happen ! All I received was a 6 CT 2 strawberries 2 bananas 2 apples ... wow not happy at all. Thanks a million......

If I could give less that one star I would. Judy has no customer service skills, and does not know how to properly handle practical situations. Judy was very offensive and made me feel like i was committing fraud with my own credit card because my email is differs from my government name. This was my First and Last time shopping with Edible Arrangements.

The Grosse Pointe office personally called me the morning of my delivery to confirm they would be able to get it to my daughter before she left work. And I ordered online the night before for next day delivery so they were able to accommodate my last minute request. I would definitely use them again!

Last minute I needed a gift for my parents anniversary I came gp store sales lady pleasant and help me 2hrs later I tecieved call patents overjoyed how nice fruit and chocolates were I highly recommend
