Wanted to purchase display model of table on clearance. They advised they cannot sell until all inventory is cleared I agreed and asked if I could prepay or receive a call when the inventory is cleared. I was advised it wasnt an option and that I could Call in almost daily to inquire...all inventory was sold after over a week of inquiring. I worked retail for 5 plus years I would have never given a customer this experience.

The staff is almost completely never around and when you do find an employee they dont know if they have a product or where it would be.

Have shopped here several times mainly for the furniture. Brand names good quality at a fair price.
