I have gone to this walmart on several occasions where the inventory said it was there and it was not. It has even gone as far as to let me make a purchase online at 9 AM to be picked up at the store same day and by 5 PM I finally had to call to see when I could get my item only to be told that they couldnt fine it. That they did not have it in stock. When they said there was 5. Just the other day they said they had an item but when I went to get it they did not have it. When I checked with a manager they said they dont even carry it! Yet it shows in stock online. Then to make matters worse I ordered some ice cream and called for a week to see if it had come in and after twenty minutes on the phone today they said they dont carry that in the store and the man who took my order should have not told me they can order it. I was very excited to get this walmart but they never have anything I need in stock. I always have to go to the 6 mile Cypress store which is 6 miles apposed to1.6 miles from my house. I dont understand how one store could have it and the other doesnt. Why one stores inventory is correct and the other is not. Who ever is in charge of inventory should be removed and someone more compitant should take over. What good is a store in your back yard when it never has what you need even though it says it does and makes you travel to the same company farther away?!or worse make two trips for one item! I am fed up.

This is a terrible Walmart, and the staff have no clue what they are doing. i tried to make them go check the back, but they refused by ignoring me. One time, i asked this guy if they had something in store, he said he will be right back, and never came back. I was furious and pissed. It is just terrible customer experience. Not only that, but i had checked to see if they had something in store, and it said available on site. i ran over to find it, and it was not on the shelf. I asked someone, and it did not show up in their system. Not only is the store terrible, but the system sucks. If i were you, i would avoid this Walmart at all costs. There is one that is just 3 more miles from the Walmart that Im writing a review for. Just go there, you will be happy

I waited in Jewerly fir 15 minutes. Looked up store number on my cell and called. 3 tries before someone answered phone. I asked for help in Jewerly , as no salesperson in sight. So, nice young girl came and I bought some earrings. I also called and spoke to manager "Carrie" who told me that she would make sure that Jewerly has salesperson continuously... That was a lie ! I went by there half hour later& no one there! Shoppers would stop but as no help there, they would leave... How do you ever sell anything locked in a case if no help... I will never go there again.... Manager lied to me and I do not like being patronized! Icing on the cake? There were only 4 registers open out of 20, so I had to wait in line ! Ugh!

Well every time I go theres a mess the dressing rooms are dirty floors spiderwebs on the white ceilings like gross. The fruit if you buy fruit there you got it inspected very well I needed that same night I bought grapes strawberries cantaloupe and it goes bad within two days maybe the last four days , customer service they should always have two people in the customer service not one and then they got a call their manager or supervisor for help and then they take an extra long time. But is not just this Walmart in this location Ive gone to other Walmart other locations and you know what its the same thing. If I got to go to Walmart I just run in pick up exactly what I want n and go

Was treated horribly by a rude cashier. I was buying food and clothes and a box of wine coolers for a party and was told they would not sell them to me due to having teens with me. I am sorry I am a 46 year old lady who yes happens to shop with her teen, does this mean I will provide my teen with the alcohol...NO. The cashier was rude and the manager who did not observe the cashier stated it is the cashiers policy to decline. So moral of the story DO NOT shop with your children and buy alcohol. Do they treat every adult with alcohol and teens the same way? The cashier was rude enough that the person behind me was offended and voiced her complaint.

wow this location is a mess. I walked into Wal-Mart at 1 in the morning to do some shopping and hear some women screaming. Guess she was an employee working in the grocery section. I asked her if she could help me find something and she gave me the most nastiest attitude. I got her name and made a complain to corporate but nothing was done about it. I will never be shopping at this location again. I asked for a manager as well and she proceeded to tell me she was a manager even though she wasnt. Her badge said support manager what ever that is. I just ended up walking out of the store leaving my items behind. I was very disrespected.

This was the second time at this location with the same problem using only check out option of self check outs and the system saying to wait for associate to assist and nobody comes over to help you.... this time i was going to walk out and make purchases next day at Target and then the associate move my cart to the side and put other walkout shoppers merchandise on top on items in my cart... they just dont care if shoppers walk out leaving unsatisfied with poor service. I will shop Target for now on, eventually this will cause you to take notice the the customers are valued and should be helped when they ask for help.

Good prices and variety, customer service is severely lacking. Especially at the service desk - the employees can be so rude! Never to me so far, but once its my turn they just talk smack about previous customers right in front of me - half the time its managers too! Every time I ask a question where an item is, salespeople usually shrug their shoulders and keep working. In the ten years Ive lived here, only four times had someone been nice and/or helpful. If they didnt have the convenience of more items than Target, I dont think Id really come here ever.

Dont ever work for this location, over night management disrespects associates, uses associates and even threatens associates to set fear. Never in my life have I ever worked for such a bad business. Will never go back to a company who has no management skills what so ever. You would think management is there to listen to help when your in need no they just end up using you then terminating you as an employee. To those who are thinking about applying or wanting to apply stay far away. You will only last 4 to 6 months then they will get rid of you.
