I appreciate this place. They have a huge selection and very good prices. Ive compared a couple things to Amazon. If a locally owned brick and mortar store is near an amazon price Ill purchase locally. Ive been to other smoke shops and compared pricing and wonder what evil money hungry person made up the price scheme. Ive found multiple items here cheaper if not more-or-less the same as online. Everyone who works here has always been helpful not used car salesmanesque. Id highly recommend anyone to come here for any type Of smoking need. Note about all the people leaving bad reviews: common theme is ecigs/atomizers. There is something to be said about that. Those often come with manufacturing defects that is common in the industry with atomizers. Ive bought faulty coils from here and had no problem returning. It happens with this product regardless of brand or seller. Additionally user error can account for fault: such as burning it out, which is EXTREMELY easy and Elite Smoke shop would not be at fault. Buy a sub ohm coil and take a millisecond puff with watt set at something its not rated for and its dead. Thats your fault. Not the shops. They dont deserve the low ratings shown. Im not affiliated with this place whatsoever and just know Ive had a good experience from buying hundreds of dollars worth of products from hookahs, dry herbal vapes to papers tobacco etc etc.

The owner needs to take lessons on customer service. I bought a faulty Kangertech Nebox from them not even a month ago. I have receipt and the product is still brand new obviously. Unfortunately, I had take the product in twice due to severe leakage. It literally ruined my oak table over night. Instead of returning the product or replacing it for me, the manager refused stating he would take a loss and that I probably did something to the product to cause it to leak. He tried offering buy another one at slight discount, and I told him I have one I bought from you and it leaks! I dont want to buy a second vapor. The owner could care less. Buyer beware.

They have a young girl working in there that is really rude, shes so busy jabbering that she cannot hear the question Im asking. I asked for a coil for TFV4 by SMOK and right when I said TFV4 she cuts me off saying thats not a coil, I need to know what what coils you need for what devices started rattling off brand names so I had to wait a good two minutes while she rattled off every name she could see on merchandise in front of her to tell her I didnt need to hear all that, if I hadnt been cut off she wouldve heard the brand and tank name but she proceeded to cut me off again so I hung up the phone. Im done with the place. Ill stick to Vapor Haus.

Not really anything to brag about there. Having smoke shop in the name is a bit of a misnomer since there was much less tobacco related products there than you would expect. It has a lot of vape stuff which isnt really what I was looking for. Also the location for this shop is horribly, horribly wrong. The shop is 1.5 - 2 miles from where google says it is, and defnitely NOT on the same street. Dont waste your time trying to find the place, its not worth it anyway.

I dont know what happend to this place. A Couple of years ago I would have rated this 5 stars. The people that work the shop are SO SNOBBY!! they dont make you feel welcome at all as if you are doing them the favor. They stare at you as soon as you walk in.(awkward stare). 2 or 3 years ago this place was rocking!! I wonder what happend to the guy and girl that use to run this shop?

Called to ask about the price of 18650 batteries and they refused to tell me any prices over the phone, not wanting to go back to smoking cigarettes i made the trip to their store. only to pay double the amount for two, for 20 bucks i could have gotten a twelve pack of 18650 2500 mAh 3.7V LI-MN High Drain Rechargeable Batteries online

These guys were fantastic. It was late and I called to see when they closed. Coming from South Dayton to get a cigar. He stayed open and waited on us to get there!!! Dude was awesome. Shop was large with a good selection of smoking products. Highly recommended!!!

Ive bought a few things here normally pretty good quality tho the manager that works there sold me a cracked bowl piece to a water pipe and told me I was getting a deal and 2 weeks later I come in and theres 5 of the same one I bought at a cheaper price

Worst experience with an uneducated staff and crooks for management. Refused to return their faulty battery and got pissy with me. The manager blatantly lied to us and we caught him on it to then he tells us to leave.

Staff is always friendly, knowledgeable and if they cant answer your question immediately they find out for you. Owner is friendly and always willing to work with you on the price. They have a walk in humidor.
