Went by today on our way home from the Chattahoochee park just up the road. I was immediately impressed by the pricing, $1 less on most sticks even though selection was somewhat limited. I inquired about Macanudo Inspirado Black as soon as Steve, strolled into the humidor looking like I was going to attempt to steal something. He looked fretted somewhat timid, as I am 65", and covered completely in tattoos. That should have been my first warning not to do business with him. He responded with, "I have the regular macanudos, the orange". As I spoke with him about enjoying the orange line on many occasions, and what I was really looking for, he recommended a cigar of various name to purchase. Being the respectable consumer that I am, I took his recommendation, even though it was priced well over my budget which I also made him aware of. As I was checking out, he became more and more arrogant about his knowledge for the hobby. That was the second clue I should have turned and walked about immediately without buying a single stick.. I asked Steve if there was any way he could order the Inspirado Black and have them in stock. He responded condescendly with "Theyre not out yet, and anyone who tells you others wise is a huge ass liar".... Well Steve, Im terribly sorry to correct you, but Sal at Cigar House carries the Inspirado Black, which he receives also from Cigar International. Shame on me for stopping by your store and requesting such an absurd thing! So Steve, are you telling me that I am a "huge ass liar" because Ive seen them in person at another B&M just 15 minutes away? Am I a "huge ass liar" because Thompson Cigar, Cigar International, AND JR cigars all have them in Stock currently? I guess if youre in your mid thirties, and still look mid twenties, you gain no credibility with Steve whatsoever. And this isnt even the good part... When he told me they literally just came out days ago, and NO ONE HAD THEM, I pulled out my trusty cell phone (some sort of futuristic device) and pulled up several videos from the 2014 release of the exact same cigar I was requesting, as well as several reviews of the Inspirado Black series that had been posted in late 2014, and all throughout 2015, and 2016. He was ignorant to the fact that I was showing him irrefutable proof, that in fact the cigar is in curculation, and easily aquireable. I also pointed out to him the time stamp the videos were posted. He must not take being corrected very well... To anyone wondering, simply go to YouTube and type in macanudo Inspirado. Also, take 5 seconds to type in Macanudo Inspirado Black on google, and look at all the retailers carrying this very same product, and for some time now. So Steve, do yourself and favor and show some decency when addressing customers, regardless of their age, and how they may look. It was obvious you judged me by my outter appearance, especially the tattoos Ive acquired over my 32 years. I can say without a doubt, Ill NEVER return to your store, after literally having to present you with irrefutable proof, that in fact the product does exist, and is in circulation at this very moment and for some time beforehand. Even at that point when seeing with your own eyes, you still wanted to argue? Petty.. Wise up next time Steve, because I, along with several others, will gladly pass right by your store and go shop at a B&M that doesnt treat you like trash for having a few tattoos and being a few years younger than you. Sal as well as other B&M owners know that I regularly spend $70+ each time I visit a store, and close to over $300 monthly, so enjoy losing that revenue. Next time dont be such an arrogant know it all, even though I know from personal experience, its humiliating to be proven wrong. Its just part of life bucko! Edit: Just ordered a box of twenty Macanudo Inspirado Black Gigantes from Cigar International at a great price, WITH a 20% off coupon! Almost $4.75 per stick!!!

I purchased several items in your store today, and I am impressed by all of them. The vanilla pipe tobacco was much better than previous brands that I have tasted. It is very flavorful, and I find myself smoking each bowl at a much slower pace. It burns cleaner and smoother than any other I currently have. Also, the new (wood) filters are a much better filter system than the previous filters I have used. They seem to last very well, and do not alter the taste of the tobacco like the previous filters (which did slightly alter the taste. The draw across these filters is much smoother. The cigarette permanent filters (I tried one of the two differnt ones in the pack) work very well, and I am looking forward to using those in the near future. Thank you for showing me these products. I was surprised when I got home and tried them. I was not expecting such a remarkable improvement in the experience of smoking with them. Also, thanks for the demonstration as to how to install and use them. Steve

Time and time again I have been won over by the level of customer service in your store. Yes you can get it all cheaper on line but I still believe in the experience of having a personal cigar shop. You take the time to talk about your products and never hard sell anything but instead point out the benefits and let the customer decide. I never review anything on line but Im so impressed with your service that I had to go out of my way to let you know it. See you next week.

Great place! I diddnt know anything about cigars when I went there. I was just looking to celebrate a raise at work. Walked into the humidified room and was greeted by a knowledgeable older man that helped me pick out a great smoke! Very nice people. I will be coming back again.

Steve is awesome! Hes been in the biz for years! Long before the new "hookah phase" and has everything you need from hookah supplies to specialty cigars and accessories. Very personable and genuinely nice people work there. Great neighborhood go to shop.
