The doctors are friendly enough and seem to know what they are doing but the staff are rude and almost smug and when you call to get an update on your contacts lens they always say that they tried calling to say they were in but I have never received a call that they were ready. I also had a problem with a torn lens after a week of use of a monthly contact and the staff acted like they were going above and beyond the call of duty to try to attempt to get me a new contact and they said that they usually dont do this kind of thing and it would only be a one time deal and that I would probably have to go through the manufacture and contact them. So while I was waiting for a call back I contacted the manufacturer and they said it would be no problem to replace and they were sorry that it happened but I had to go through my eye doctor for warranty and all the eye doctor had to do was contact them and they would send a replacement no questions asked.

I visited Dr. Stucke recently and couldnt say enough about how great the visit was. I sustained an injury to my left eye in Afghanistan that took the VA took over a year to correct. After a series of frustrating visits and an uncomfortable lens, I decided to see a private doctor on the civilian side and contacted Mason Vision Center. Dr. Stucke was able to get the correct measurements needed on his 1st try and within two weeks, I was put in a lens that felt 110% better than what was provided to me previously. I couldnt be any happier with my experience and I would highly recommend Dr. Stucke as his professionalism and knowledge saved me money and time in the long run.

My 12 year old was fitted for contacts. Lauren was amazing. She provided very detailed direction to help her learn how to put them in on her own, and was very patient as she tried and failed many times. After 1.5 hours, we had success and my daughter left feeling confident and very grateful. Thank you, wonderful staff!

Went to the MVC for the first time this week. I was extremely impressed. Everything was so efficient. Checked in quickly, was seen quickly, had a very detailed, efficient and customized visit to all my personal vision needs. I had a great Experience and look forward to having future visits.

I was there almost 2 hours. It was my first and last appointment there. Also they charge this BS "fitting fee" for contact lenses. Lesson learned. I will buy them from 1800 contacts from now on.
