Really great customer service here! I originally went to the one in Roswell off Alpharetta Hwy and had a terrible experience, rude girls at the front desk who looked at me like I was an idiot when I asked questions about glasses (which I have never to have a pair until now) extremely messy store with glasses all mixed up, lots of dirty frames not where I wanted to try on a ton of glasses at. So i decided to the Abernathy location instead....what a difference! Super sweet sales staff, really clean and organized and the Doctor there is so nice and informative, graciously answered all my questions (which I had a lot of being a new eye glasses/contact wearer), they just really made me feel comfortable about this new part of my life. And the sales staff was so patient with me, I was rather indecisive and did not know what I wanted. They took all the time I needed to make the right decision, then when I decided a few weeks later to exchange my frame for another style, they were just as patient and helpful as the first time. Love this place, they will always have my business!

I had an excellent experience here. I previously went to Lenscrafters across the street in the mall but changed when the service was poor and to look up anything required at least four staff members but Ill save that for another review. Upon arriving on each occasion, there was no wait and I was immediately seen by the staff. The Dr. was very knowledgeable and provided me with information about my prescription, recommendations, and answered in length all questions I asked. I highly recommend!
