Employees are harsh and with rude attitude. Will never recommend anyone for this place. I was there with my wife for our annual eye checkup. Frames are very costly so bought the RayBan sun glass with power only. After a long customization and calculation they charged me $30 for the glass as COPE though my Insurance provider says this should be $10. For my I paid $10 at Walmart. On pickup day i asked them why $20 more charged? This was the main drama, one said your wife was aware of this, then after their group discussion at a corner side they said yes we discussed with your wife regarding high index. I was shocked as I was dealing from beginning to end as my wife is not fluent in English and new to US, then said we told you, i was irritated as nobody discussed this with me. So summary is they can justify themselves even need to lie. Worst service , will never ask anyone to go.

I rarely review businesses, but felt the need to do so for Eye Gallery as there is now only one Google review and it is negative. I have been a customer here for over 20 years and have always been very happy both with the accuracy of my eye exam and the quality of the frames and lenses Ive purchased. Last week I got my eyes checked and ordered contacts as well as new regular glasses and sunglasses. Everyone I worked with was very helpful and patient during the frame picking process, and went the extra mile to be sure I was happy. Thanks!
