The Foreyes Optometrist (Dr. Anh Ho) in Sandy Springs, GA was asked to perform a vision test and provide the Pupillary Distance up front. The Doctor stated that they do not provide that information up front and continued to perform the exam on the 80 year old cataract patient. This patient was pre-charged for this exam a month prior because the cataract surgery needed to be completed before the exam. After the exam, the 80 year old was pressured in buying $140 pair of glass (maybe 2), which he declined. After asking again he was told that Foreyes will not provide the PD information. An email was sent to the Foreyes Corporate office on 11/28/2011 (no response yet) explaining the issue. After multiple calls a Foreyes rep. answer my call was finally and basically told that if you do not buy the glasses from them will not give the PD information. This information should have been provided up front and the 80 year old patient should have been given the option of a credit for the pre-charged exam. On the 29th of November 2011, the Optometrist Dr. Anh Ho was called multiple times to see if we could get the PD. The doctor never returned my calls , but I did manage to get her to the phone. She state that the PD will not be given out for free. “As of today, because of your persistence, we will be charging $20 in addition to the exam fee. This is newly implemented today.” I stated that a complaint would be filed and hung up. BUYER BEWARE!

I gave this office a 2nd chance even though I had bad service a couple of year ago.. The big advantage of this office is its location. But the service was very subpar again. The office staff do not call you back as promised. Whenever I asked to speak to a manager either by phone or when visiting their office I was always told she was not there and could not be reached and to leave my name and number and she will call me back. That never happened. Frame fell apart after a month, brought them back. I was told she could not fix it and would have to order a new frame and it would be in 7 to 10 days and I would get a call. Never got a call. Called office and all I kept getting is the associate who took the order was not there and they dont know anything about it and she would call me back. No callback. I had to keep calling until I finally got her and then I got a song and dance. I would not recommend. Lastly, it is sad to see a brand let itself go downhill like this.

Although the service was friendly, they misled me about my glasses. My glasses are rimless along the bottom and they were so rough and heavy they they hurt my nose. When I asked about this they said I needed to buy their Ultra light lens and they would round off the edges.To top it off the prescription wasnt correct!!! Never will I go there again! I hate my glasses!!

I was told one thing over the phone. I drove over way over there and when I got there I was told something completely opposite of what I was told over the phone. Traffic around this place is also awful. I will never go back!!!

My contacts were taking longer than expected to come in, so they offered to give me a trial pair in the meantime. I arrived, and they had them pulled and ready for me, which I greatly appreciate. Great customer service!
