Weve had been going there for years between buying tobacco then switching to vaping. The prices are cheap, selection... meh, mediocre but again cheap. The lady with short hair that seems to run the place is very nice but the customer service stops there lately. One woman, that has been selling us juice for at least a year, started throwing a fit over my ID when my partner was the one buying the juice. Im 33 years old and I have never had problems like this. When I tried to return to speak to the nicer short haired lady the two women that hassled me about my ID began yelling stuff from the back repeatedly. Even after I asked multiple times to let me talk to her they continued to cause a scene, one even walking up to the front to continue arguing. Wonderful customer service... (sense the sarcasm?) Will NOT be returning. Funny we went down the street and got some really yummy juice without being talked to like a child, hassled or yelled at. Goodbye "Cheap Tobacco" hello "Upright Vapor"

Been going to Cheap Tobacco for a few years now. Some of the help is friendly but it seems like the nice ones doesnt stay long. Passed the rudeness off as having a bad day. About a year ago we found a business that sold our tobacco and tubes just as cheap but they dont sell my juice. So continued going back to Cheap Tobacco. My husband went in this afternoon and came back out to the car and said that the ladies in there are snotty and rude. After reading some the reviews it seems like that is a way of business with this company. If I treat customers the way they have conducted business I would no longer have a job. Cheap Tobacco has lost my business. To many other places that will love to get new customers and treat them with respect.

This place sells rejects from many companies. But, charges full price for them!!! I bought a rechargeable battery for my mod, paid $50 for it and its not worth more than $15. Buyers beware!!! Staff is very pleasant, but they know they are selling second rate things needed for us who vap. Do not like, nor will I do business with people who deceive and lie.

They have the best prices around and always keep the place stock up and if there is somthing you want they will get it for you the staff isAMAZING AND KIND they always send doggie bones for sophia rose our boxer. Even when we leave her at home but check out. You wont be disappointed

This place is certainly named correctly...the prices cant be beat. They have a great selection of tobacco..n all your vaping needs..and they have glass..its so affordable theyre almost giving it away. Parking is kinda limited tho..but they do got parking in the rear.

Thay call you by name always have doggie bones for sophia rose fantastic supply of everything and staff is always willing to make your trip there worth wild or make sure all your questions are answered so you can make an enformed decission and their prices cant be beat

This place is top notch !!! I just went in for customer appreciation day and got a mod, a tank, and juice, when it was all said and done I saved $140.00.. But beyond that customer service is second to none, I just cant say enough good about this place.
