I bought an Eleaf iStick 30w here a couple of weeks ago and recently it started giving me an "Atomizer short" error code (which based on my Googling has shown that it is a very common problem with some of these iSticks) I called the store and was told to bring it in so the owner could looks at it. I brought it in and he told me that it was a bad atomizer (which is one of the common solutions for this issue) and I informed him that the one in there is fresh from the box in the last hour and gave me the error code right away. He tried a fresh one anyways just in case it was a dud atomizer, and it still gave the error code. He tried a completely different tank, and it still gave the error code. Finally he picked up a box mod that was nearly twice the price I paid for the iStick and put my tank on that and it worked just fine. Despite the fact that it was nearly twice the price, the man gave me the new mod for only $10 rather than having me pay the full $50 difference (or even a higher- adjusted difference, as most places would either make me pay the full difference or only give me $10- $15 off the difference) which I am sure was a hit for him. His attention to customer satisfaction and keeping a customer was more important to him than a few dollars in profit. Needless to say I am extremely satisfied with my experience with the Oldsmar Tobacco Shop and will absolutely be going there for future Smoke Shop needs!

Amazing experience! I have been to over 6 smoke shops in Pinellas and have never received better service than at the Oldsmar Smoke Shop. Ray is very personable and will definitely get you the best deal and highest quality product. Great selection of e-cigs, vapes, papers, and others. Their pipe selection is top notch with some of the most beautiful glass I have ever seen. This is definitely my go-to smoke shop from now on!

About a year ago this placed saved me. I had run out of juice on my way home from working late and they were still open. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff with an A+ in customer service. I havent shopped anywhere else since, nor shall I in the future.

This is by far my favorite shop to go to. I roll my own cigarettes for 13 dollars a carton. The owner is super friendly and is very knowledgeable about the business. Highly recommend.
