On Thursday ,9-5-2013 I purchased a dresser from your store and it has bed bugs. When your stockman loaded it on the back off the truck the bottom of it was full of dead leaves and spiders and webs. He took his box cutter and started smashing the spiders put it in his pocket and left. The lady that had the truck wiped the webs with tissue and I used a duster from your store to clear the web and spiders and laid it on the counter . When I got it home and started cleaning it the bed bugs started coming out I took it to the curb and I want you to come pick it up. and I want my money back. It is a total of $26.80. Since your store has a no exchange no refund policy Im sure you will not refund it. So I:m forming you that I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and the media to inform the public about your lack of cleanliness and inspections before putting things out for sale.

Prices on many items are fair although if something comes to them new, with tags, they will take that opportunity to charge excessively for that item. Even still, its the best thrift shop around, IMO. Every item is clearly labeled. My only other complaint is the manner in which the tags are affixed to the items. If its a piece of clothing for example, their common practice is to double staple the price tag to that item. The staples are tiny and often difficult to remove, and even harder to remove with some form of (minor) damage. They also like to put the price tags in very prominent places. What good is a new picture frame if I cant remove the gummy residue from the sticker? A little better common sense goes a very long eay. Still, I like this store and it outshines all of their competition.

This place has a surprisingly broad selection of just about anything. Prices are reasonable as well. However, they run a pretty tight ship here. The no-selling-tagless-items policy is kinda mind-blowing. Theyre still getting our money anyway... And the rule of having to wait at the signpost for a register to open didnt really sit well with me. Not really sure why I couldnt just wait behind the customer already being serviced. And I get that verifying that larger bills are legit is a common practice, but spending 50% of my entire time there just standing, waiting for a manager to verify the bill isnt my idea of a smooth checkout process. So overall a good store for what it is, just a bit too tightly controlled.

The store is an unorganized mess. While there are some decent items for sale, others are pure trash. How about a smashed-up box fan for $12.99? Or toys and other items that are obviously broken? JUST THROW THEM OUT!!! The kids clothes arent organized by size or gender, so leafing through every clothing item is an all-day chore. Prices for clothing arent awful, but the pricing for some other things is crazy, especially things that could possibly end up having missing pieces...$10.99 for an incomplete Hot Wheels car set doesnt sit well. I understand that its time-consuming to go through every item to see if its complete, but its ridiculous to pay that much for something thats missing pieces.

I have been shopping here for 20 years! Admittedly I have seen changes in what I can find over the years but I believe that is because more and more people have discovered they can find beautiful items for house and home as well as apparel and shoes here for a lot less money than paying retail. Great selection for the entire family, although there are more choices overall for adults than children. They have housewares, books, purses, outerwear, jewelry, boots, shoes, furniture items, and electronics. Very reasonable prices and friendly staff overall. If you plan to use a credit or debit card make sure to have your ID with you as they will ask for it.

As somebody already mentioned, customers and employees are treated like poorly. The owners have gone way too far with there restrictive restroom policy. I mean each person that comes out has to have an employee literally go check the restroom before the next customers is ALLOWED to enter. We are not toddlers come on! Also they have taken prices up on certain items just at random. Shoes have gotten way overpriced! There are still some good items here if you can come on the discount days, or use coupons. But pay close attention to the price tags, some items are marked up way to close to new retail sale pricing.

Only giving it 3 stars because its gone a little downhill since I started going here years ago. Place has become a bit messy, prices on items have gone up (items with higher prices seem to be randomly chosen for a price hike, theres not really a pattern to it??), 90% of the employees have a bad attitude. That being said, they have bathrooms, fitting rooms and I have found tons of great deals here. The good days are becoming less and less frequent though. Overall would recommend stopping by here, but dont have high expectations.

use to be a great place .. but they have forgot it is a THRIFT store... not a store in the mall... I will give you a example pair of used hurley jeans... not ripped up from the manufacture they were ripped from a nail or something.. still had 19.00 on them!!! example 2 used pair of nike shoes... gently worn ...39.00 I mean come on now, I can go to kohls and get brand new for that price... have you ever wondered why you have shoes over flowing onto the floor... you guys got the crap for free quit trying to rape people on prices.

This place gets a bad rap because its a low end thrift shop and its in the middle of Riverside. Most thrift shops are a little cluttered and may have some iffy staff and customers, but you dont go for the service. The clothes are what I come here for. I found an amazing leather fringe motorcycle jacket for 9$, a white faux fur jacket for 12$, and tons of velvet dresses for insanely cheap. I can go on for days with all the amazing stuff Ive found here. If thrifting and vintage shopping is your thing, try this place out!

First off: this is a thrift store, not a Parisian boutique, so of course its not all the latest trends. BUT I LOVE this place. Im 21 and Im able to find very cute trendy sweaters for a buck. I just bought a Banana Republic sweater, brand new with the $80 price tags still on for $2. It takes a little searching but there are some really cute things to be found. I also buy all my scrubs for dental hygiene here. 99 cents for scrub tops and pants, cant beat it! Dont be a dummy, take the stuff home and wash it well!

The staff is rude and treats everyone like criminals. Cameras, security tags, and if you need the restroom be prepared to wait in line only one at a time and staff checks before and after you use it. If you use credit card they need ID and really examine it. just spent $800 at walmart and no ID required and could use the bathroom in pease. I guess all the Mexicans feel americans are out to rip them off and guess they forgot the crap they sell was our trash. Will never shop in the bed bug infested store again.
