Ester Lockaby

Im reporting an incident that happened at the Williamsburg, KY Goodwill. One of the cashier became rude with me after an earring fell out of one of the bags I was looking through. I accidentally put the earring in the wrong bag. I was trying to put it in the proper bag that it actually belonged in. She raised her voice at me in front of everybody there, which embarrassed me and then she said Quote, "YOU CANT DO THAT!" Then she told me not open the bags at all. This was after one of the other cashier that said it was ok to do so,because I was hesitant about looking in the bags in the first place. She couldve been a lot nicer about it and explained the rules about the bags of jewelry in the case. Im a long time customer of Goodwill, but am seriously thinking of not going back Williamsburg store again. I will not tolerate someone treating me as if I were a criminal.
