All of these clothes come from charitable donations hundred percent pure profit. What makes this company disgusting is that it is a crackhead in jail learned about how to file as a 501c3 AKA non-profit and they have already been investigated by two different news stations in the past few years. EMPLOYEES do not get more than minimum wage. DO NOT get HEALTH INSURANCE!!! If a business loss or for those of us that are educated Beyond jail operating loss occurs, THEY FORCE THE EMPLOYEES TO PAY. Out of their minimum wage making them earn less than minimum wage which is highly highly illegal. They just messed with the wrong person and they are about to get shut down. I went in the store one time and there was a rotten orange on the ground and a piece of gum sitting there for two minutes and some little kid picked up the gum off the floor that hasnt been clean since 1985 and put it in his mouth the whole store smells like diapers. More than anything if you have ever worked for a Creepy scum surecm your LIFE FORCE from you please do not condone this business by shopping or donating to Hope House AKA Nspire!!! They treat their employees horribly they run their business horribly its about to be ran into the ground with me as a catalyst! If its your thing or not I swear on my soul I swear on the Bible I swear on the grave of my mother this is all true and I beg you not to allow this business to keep ruining peoples lives and stealing money out of their paychecks Please Google the investigations already made for there will be a third one coming up soon Im good friends with the news man we all know his name and I have a friend at the Department of Labor. They are literally taking advantage of people that are homeless please dont condone this

My first experience at this store was not a great one and I wont be scheduling a return visit for quite some time. First, the store is very disorganized and smelly. And before anyone says "Its a thrift store, what do you expect", I thrift very often and have never been in such a place. That aside, I asked one of the associates..."just how does this work" she stated that the color of the day was blue and that anything with that color would be 50% off. Cool. Like Goodwill, I get that part. However, what she neglected to tell me was that in order to receive said 50% off....YOU HAVE TO HAVE THE COUPON!!!! So I have my cart of blue merchandise thinking Im getting a deal and.... NO. Had I know that, I wouldve had one of my thrift sisters email me a coupon or something. The dressing room was just horrid!! No seats, no hanging hooks for your purse..nothing. I spent $25 at this store for 4 items.....that is a lot of money to me in thrift dollars. I could have easily gotten a bag full of goodies some place else. They have to do a little better.

Decided to do a day of "thrifting" since it was senior 50% off day. We were at the Lawrenceville location and ALL posted signs inside indicate EVERYTHING 50% off with the exception of "blue" tags. Well not true. Once I got to the checkout the cashier told us that our "white" ticket items with the letter "B" were regular price and then began to explain that the manager told them to check out the merchandise that way made absolutely no sense. The manager was not available for discussion and we were very short on time, so we accepted the merchandise with her explanation paid and left. Not sure well return and if we do, that circumstance will not happen again without discussion with management.

This place is ridiculous. I have been getting the codes via text for a while now and hadnt had the time and finally go and get quite a few items. Then at the register the cashier said something that distracted me and threw me off and I forgot to show them my phone to get the discount and they wouldnt give me the 50% off my items. I just finished my transaction and they couldnt do that that??? This place is total bs. Dont waste your money here there are other places that take better care of their customers and actually give to Noble causes.

The other day i decided to shop at this thrift store and had a terrible experience. I was checking out and there was a spanish lady named janet or janice who started giving me a hard time about an item. I felt like she was being a little racist because i am not spanish. She was unpleasant and had terrible customer service so i returned the items and decided to take my business some where else. I had a much better experience at the GoodWill store around the corner.

Read the signs. Certain color tags may get you 50% off; maybe more maybe less. You have to look for what you want but everything is color coded. But when you find what you like it is awesome. Give yourself a few hours if you are really planning on shipping. I purchased several quality suits for under $15. Also, you get a coupon to come back and can get UP TO 50% off that next purchase. I love that store.

I feel in love with this store. On Wednesday, everything in the store is. 25¢, who can beat that? They had a good variety of clothes to choose from. You just have to know your style, brand names or just a vintage look. Whatever your look is, you should find something here.

This is a WONDERFUL thrift store, stock shelves with new arrivals everyday. Everytime I visit friends in Lilburn I check this store out every day. Have purchased many things that we use everyday. I HIGHLY recommend this store. Prattville, AL

The way they get clothes is by Exploiting min. wage workers. Never ever donate to hope house aka nspire. This is not a true charity. At all. They profit like crazy and steal. Corupt as can be. They already made news once for being Unethical!!!

Huge but very disappointing. Clothing covering the floor, kids are apparently unsupervised, playing with the toys, all open & tossed across the floor. Long check out line, $14.95 for a skirt, WAY to $$$. Sorry, Goodwill tops it by a long shot!

One of the better thrift stores in the area. This rivals goodwill for its selection and prices. I used to get a lot of my t-shirts here.
