Take your business to another location, this store does not reflect the quality thay i know Redwing for. Will never be returning to this location. Spent 300$ on a pair of Heritage collection 1907s...these come with leather laces. Was told there is a lifetime warranty on the eyelets, laces etc. Eventually the laces broke, and when I tried to have them replaced, I was told it would cost 7$ and that the only free laces are basic brown nylon laces. This a store that will sell you a 300$ pair of designer boots with leather laces that are supposedly backed by a lifetime warranty, only to try and swindle more money out of you when you request they honor their warranty After contacting the corporate office I was promptly mailed a replacement set, they were extremely helpful and friendly.

Received at pair of boots as a gift, they were the wrong style and I wanted to return them at another location in Kettering, THEY WOULDNT LET ME, YOU GOTTA BE KIDDING ME. Workers were very unfriendly and did absolutely nothing to help me, great return policy Red Wing, Would give 0 stars if possible
