My wife and I went to Mast Shoes in Ann Arbor yesterday, 5-18-16 to purchase some new shoes for the both of us. We walked in and were immediately welcomed by Molly. My wife and I were throughly impressed--not only with Molly--but Mast Shoes store with their wide array of solid first rate shoes at a reasonable price. Molly spent time talking with us and explaining in detail about the purchase that we were about to make. She was very down-to-earth and we felt quite comfortable with her. I felt that she was very sincere in speaking with us and showed great interest in what we had to say. Mast Shoes is not just a shoe store. It is an experience. In this store you have people that genuinely care about the people they serve. It is not just a place where they want to make a sale and then send you on your way. Molly and the other employees spend time with you, encourage you to ask questions and have them answered truthfully. I highly recommend this store if you are looking for high quality shoes at an affordable price with employees who really care about the people they serve. You are not just a customer at Mast Shoes. Ive been to many shoe stores in my life and Mast Shoes in Ann Arbor is absolutely the BEST!! Molly even offered to send one of my old shoes that needed a minor repair out to get fixed with no charge and will even mail the shoe to my home when the work is done. We couldnt be happier.

Called to find out whether they carried a specific style and brand of sock. (Id been all over the internet looking for it) Instead of saying, "yeah, we probably have something like that," like the other store I called, they said, "Oh, yes, you mean the ...." and they named the exact thing I was looking for. So I stopped, they were packed....Ive never seen such a packed shoes (except that one time during the annual department store sale in Paris!). Lots of staff, helping lots of people, and I bought my socks there. After they answered more questions about these socks. PLUS!!! They have a great sale / clearance area. AND!!! They have so many styles and brands of the shoes that I often purchase. WAIT THERES MORE! The prices are the same as youd pay at Amazon or Zappos AND you get incredible customer service. Keep up the good work Masts!

I love this store and hope to help it celebrate their centennial (in 2042!). Kind, knowledgeable, non-pushy guidance to customers for footwear needs, with enough styles to keep me coming back for different occasions and seasons. Love the socks they stock, too!

Wow, a real shoe store with real service. I havent gotten a new pair of dress shoes in over a decade, and they were patient as I figured out the right fit. Wonderful place and service!
