I only say that our service is poor because if we come back in to the store to return an item and the employee gives us the details of when the monies are expected to be back on the card that is what I expect. I waited patiently only to find out that they did not credit my account back but they debited it for the same amount again. Now what if I didnt have the money in the account to cover it, then it would have been an overdraft for me. Look its my money now put it back into my account now!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great selection of shoes and clothing. Friendly and helpful staff. I had to return because my son did not receive matching shoes in his box. They had the correct shoes ready at the counter and apologized for the mishap.
