Bought 7 pairs of shoes from Finish Line this week. Great treatment at North Point Mall and StoneCrest Mall. Not so lucky at Gwinett Place Mall. One of the pairs I purchased was a half size too small. I find this out because I decide to see how comfortable they are by wearing them late night while sitting on the couch. Not 30 minutes before I realize they are cutting off my circulation. My wife wants to exchange hers for a different color so I asked her to bring both her pair and mines to North lake the next day. She forgets and only brings hers. I trade her for a different color and buy mid in the right size. Im informed I wont have a problem returning the small pair later. At that time I had them search for a pair in my 7 year olds size. They inform me that only Gwinett place Mall has her size in stock. I decide to take my daughter there this morning and either return the small pair or exchange them for a pair for her. Im greater nicely by Chris the manager after a 30 min car ride there. At least until he sees I have a box in my hand and directs me to Anika one of two girls chit chatting with each other in the back of the store. Before even opening the box she tells me only store credit. I was there with intentions to exchange but telling me a pair of shoes never even used were worn. I called customer care who called Chris. He told them letters were rubbed off, the shoe was scuffed and the bottoms had wear. He changed that story web I offered to take pictures and send them to customer care. customer care have me a discount, waived delivery cost and used the store credit to order my 7 year olds shoes. They had two other pairs I would have liked for myself but I went and bought them down the hall from Foot Locker. I liked finish line and they had the best selection of the show I liked but dont go to this location. Take a few more minutes and go to a different mall. Horrible service and treatment.

Nestled comfortably inside one of Americas dying malls is Finish Line Gwinnett Place. The route to the store seems shadowy and dreary and right when you think youre going the wrong way the store will sneak up on you. Bam! The store and its employees serve as the malls final gem. After this gen is destroyed, the mall will truly be on its last (broken) leg. If you shop on Finish Lines website, this store will frequently pop up as a store that has your combination in stock.

The worst customer service ever experienced...5 plus minutes, 3 salesperson not even one askme what I was looking for... the were laughing cursing.... unbelievable
