Prices are good but I am very disappointed that they are no longer carrying wide width shoes. My feet are wide due to the way I used to walk in the child I would put all my weight on the ball of my foot which expanded the bones in my feet to be a lot wider than a normal persons so I need wide width shoes and they dont carry them. There are times that you just cant wait for an order to come in things come up and you immediately need a pair of shoes for incidence a funeral, a job interview you dont have time to wait for shoes that you ordered to come in so I wish they really would bring back their wide width shoes.

Whats not to love about this place? The customer service is always fantastic. I always get the best help with a friendly smile and a great attitude. They have often offered to find my shoe or my size at a different store for me. This shoe selection is always great. I love the pricing. I like the fact that I can get all of my familys shoes there at 1 shop. This place is always great to make a quick stop to pick up a quick pair of shoes for that last-minute occasion.

Paid with a in-store-only coupon code. Cashier refused to input code to get discount without trying. She said the code wont work at all. I asked her "please try it once." then the coupon code worked and her face turned mad. We will never come back again.

Purchased a pair of shoes online. They refused to refund them and forced me to take a gift certificate which I refused. Will no longer shop at any Payless.
