Pretty great! I was on a mission to find some dress shoes. I had several places in mind to search, and Shoe Carnival was one of them. I went to the website and saw a super good deal for a pair of dress shoes. After visiting another shoe store and not finding what I wanted, I called the Shoe Carnival store and asked about the shoes I saw online and if they had them in my size. It was confirmed on the phone, so I went other there, found the shoes (which looked just as awesome in person), and bought them for a super good price. Quick and easy

The shoes were good. This location didnt have my size but the representative called all the locations to check if my size was available, when it was, she had them hold the shoe for me. This place was very helpful in me getting the shoes that I wanted.

Great service, I called ahead to see if they had a certain size shoe size I could exchange them. When I got to the store they had the shoes I need on hold at the front counter. They got me in and out in no time.
