Horrible customer service. Why would you tie up 2 registers with returns when the manager is needed for both? The manager, who was doing one return then walks to the back of the store for something related to the other return, leaving a line of people and NOONE BEING ABLE TO BE CHECKED OUT! HOW DUMB IS THAT! IT DOESNT TAKE A ROCKET SCIENTIST TO FIGURE OUT THAT ONE REGISTER SHOULD BE DESIGNATED FOR RETURNS, WHILE THE REST OF US CHECKOUT. I happily put back 3 pair of Converse after waiting for 10 minutes in line with noone moving with a sense of urgency. Even though this store is 5 minutes from my house, I will HAPPILY drive to the Buford store or Shoe Carnival. This location will not get anymore of my money and I am complaining to the district manager.

Horrible retail staff, the area itself is very nice. No one offered to help me. I will say the store was organized. The sales associates when I asked them for help told me that they dont work on commission...what is that supposed to mean. Im just here to get a pair of shoes. Lots of attitude from the staff. I also bought a purse for 50 dollars and when I was checking out the sales associate didnt even notice that I was buying the bag. I like had to tell her that the bag wasnt mine and that I was going to purchase it. From the attitude to the lack of acknowledgement from the staff. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING WORST DSW IN GA.

I found a pair vionic shoes that I need for work. They didnt have a large selection but I was glad to find these shoes since not many places carry them. Also they have great customer service and were quick to help me find what I needed. I definatly will be going back.

This DSW was well organized and clean. Okay customer service. I dont remember anyone actually offering to help me, but I didnt really need help anyway. I found my favorite pair of boots here, and they were on sale. I would go back.

I always find what I am looking for here, and the staff is very helpful. This store will not help me curb my addiction to heels, lol. Sometimes it does seem like a disaster hit the place, but what do you expect with us+shoes?
