A Private User

I stopped in once to get a lab notebook for my organic chem I class. I told them the EXACT notebook set I needed and they insisted I use the computer to look up my class schedule. All the Ochem books are the same for all labs! A huge waste of time. I walk into Dubois and they find everything instantly. Go to Dubois or the KSU Bookstore, or even better, buy your books online on ebay or amazon. The lines are always so long at this bookstore because they are all unprofessional idiots.

I am not going back any longer the due date on my recipe and on the book were incorrect. Then when I return them they get nasty with me and try to tell me its my fault and my problem as well as trying to make me pay late fees.Horriable customer service id rather give my money to the university or another book store.

They give you a "discount" but they make up for it by hiking up the prices. It IS slightly better than the University bookstore when it comes to buying back your books but unless you are headed that way you might as well stay on campus

They strung me along about selling them my very nice graphing calculator for weeks after the semester ended, only to be told now that they "No longer have a need for them."
