THIS IS NOT A SPRINT STORE. This is a third party dealer that pays a lot of money to Sprint for the rights to run a franchise. Because of that, they dont want to send you to a corporate Sprint store, even if theyre supposed to. The salespeople will lie right to your face if it means keeping you in their store. Examples: They dont seem to keep a lot of product in stock. If you want something and they dont have it, they will tell you that they HAVE to order it. They will not call another store. (They will also activate your contract on the spot, before you have the device, in order to lock in their commissions.) They have a repair center, but they dont like to replace phones. If they cant fix something, they will not willingly give you a replacement. They will claim that they CANT replace it, even if its within the return window. They will also refuse to call a corporate Sprint store, and claim that the real Sprint store CANT replace the item either. (According to Sprint, this isnt true. ) These folks are nice as pie when theyre trying to sell you something, but dont count on them helping you out when things go wrong. If you already know what you want, Sprints website is pretty convenient. If not, its worth the gas to roadtrip to a real Sprint store.

worse experience ever at the store in Independence Ohio on Rockside road. They tell you what you want to hear to gain your buisness and are really good liars at that. After having them for only 2 days i received a $308 bill for activation fees for three lines surcharge fees and more I was told by the sales person it was a two month up front fee which he lied about. They dont tell you this when you sign the contract.You have 14 days to cancel if you are not satisfied for any reason, I was talked out of cancelling on the 14 day and was told the fees would come off ( WE PROMISE YOU THAT). Guess what another lie they never did. I had verizon and wish I would have stayed with them, the price is high but the service at verizon is well worth it. If anyone is thinking on going to Sprint I would reconsider because you will be VERY upset with the service.

Avoid this store at all costs. Go to the North Olmsted store. This is a third party store and they are deceptive and manipulative. We went in November to upgrade our phones to the iPhone 6. We found a plan that works and as we were about to check out, the guy who was waiting on us, who turns out to be the manager, told us we "had" to take a device for a home phone. We told him we didnt want it several times. He said it was free. Long story short, it wasnt free at all. Every attempt to contact the manager was futile. He ignored our requests to call us. He said he would contact us and he didnt. We still have this line on our account and we had to contact the Better Business Bureau and Sprint customer service many times. DO NOT GO TO THIS THIRD PARTY STORE.

They lied to me, plain and simple. They promised that Sprint would be getting 4G LTE in the Cleveland area by the end of 2013 in order to get me to switch from Verizon. The fact is, Sprint has no intention of ever offering 4G LTE in northeast Ohio, which is plain to see from their announcement that they are heavily upgrading their 3G and Voice network in the area, which they would never do if 4G was coming any time in the future. The associates at the store can take their pick: theyre either ignorant or liars. Whichever of those eases their conscience is fine with me. In the meantime, I am stuck with a 2 year contract at snail speeds.

I went into the store to redeem an offer I received for a free portable charger. Sometimes when a service provider realizes that you are taking advantage of a free offer, the service may not be as friendly as it would if you were spending money. However, Jamie (manager) was extremely friendly, helpful and upbeat. The young lady at the 1st desk when I walked in acknowledged me as well when I entered, even though she was assisting someone else. I would recommend visiting this location. I had a very pleasant experience and will return again in the future.

Erik Smyczek was the most helpful sprint representative that i have had the pleasure to work with, and I have had to deal with more then my share. His co-worker Anna Solomon was equally helpful she was able to fill in some details Erik was not as familiar with until that came up with a perfect solution for me and my family. I will always go to the Rockside road office for any and all of my service needs. thank you for having such knowledgeable and friendly employees

I WENT THERE THEY TOLD ME 1HR WAIT..I WAS THERE FOR THREE HRS..THEN THE SEND MY PHONE IN TO GET REPAIRED AND NEVER TELL ME THEY ORDER THE WRONG PHONE..THE STAFF THERE HAVE NO KNOWLEDGE OF ANYTHING ,THEY LIE A LOT AND I CAN SAY THIS IS THE WORST STORE SPRINT HAS...I STILL DONT HAVE MY PHONE AND ITS BEEN A WEEK AND WHEN I CALL HE TELL ME THE PHONE ON BACK ORDER...WHICH IS ANOTHER LIE CAUSE MY PHONE LIKE A YEAR OLD...SO DONE WITH THAT WHOLE STAFF

Dont know what Brian is referring too. I was in that same store last week and it was extremely busy. Yes, I had to wait for a little while to get my phone repaired, but the staff communicated with me the whole time and explained it might take up to an hour to get things straightened out. They were very accommodating and ended up getting my phone to work correctly without having to order a new one.

Why do you hire convicted felons with pill addictions like Matt Castille to work in your store? Is it allowable that he gives his number to minors who enter the store, and then texts them later to try to sleep with them? I feel like this is dangerous and pretty terrible, nor would I ever risk giving my personal information to a store that hires felons.

Chelsea and the staff over at this location SAVED THE DAY> I spent six hours of my life trying to get an upgraded phone because the store located in beachwood WOULD NOT HELP ME. They were terrible. Chelsea was so helpful and kind and I understood that my phone has everything I need for my business and I cannot thank her enough.

This store is HORRIBLE they lies to me said i was getting free tablets LIE said my bill will be $177 LIE (bill $299.59) told me they will take care of Verizon LIE. I just emailed the district manger. And plan on going to the better business Bureau. Shouldve stayed my happy behind at Verizon

Unbelievably the store manager was not aware of a huge New phone release due in stores june 2nd. I called on June first. For a company struggling as much as Sprint this is quite astounding to say the least.
